On a Thursday night, nearly every table in the back was filled with players across at least four different games (if not more). Shelving/product has been shifted all around and now you have to walk past a hoard of people blocking the front with their card collections. The shelves are looking more barren, product is just randomly all over the place now, nothing feels categorized. What happened to this place? The employees also don't really acknowledge anyone except a band of social misfits that seem to patronize the place. They seem to ignore the wealthier executive types (who have plenty of have money to spend) and cater to the customers who have to save up to buy a title. This isn't a case of belittling people of a different income bracket, but you'd think the store would be treating all customers somewhat the same if they're there to actually make money. The owner, a chubby old bald guy, is also just so off out and of place to a level where you just don't feel comfortable. Vegas needs a board game store in the south. A normal one. Just left on Tuesday 3/10/2026. To the dark haired gentleman at the cash register wearing glasses who acted like everybody was a problem for him to have to talk to you. Just curious, why you would be in the kind of job that requires some bit of customer service when you obviously don't have any. This gentleman was curt, short, and rude. He ran into me didn't say excuse me and it acted like I should have moved for him. He conveniently has his name tag turned around so no one can see his name. Came to check out the card selection on a Vegas visit. The shop is nice and well organized. Staff was friendly enough. Prices weren't way above market but still a higher than private party sales. That's to be expected for places like this that has inventory readily available. This store is more geared towards the actual gaming for TCG and that's awesome. Plenty of room and a ton of gaming supplies. Warhammer, Pokemon, Magic and tons of other TCG were well represented. We bought a couple items that were surprisingly below market. Not drastically lower but a good price. They give out tokens for free Pokemon single cards out of their vending machine. Kids would love this. HAD A HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE, I called around 4:30 pm to see what time trades closed and got no answer, then I called again around 5:50 pm and someone told me that TRADES CLOSED AT 6:30 after I asked them what time they closed trades. I then drove approximately 15 minutes to the store only to get told by employees that the trade guy left a while ago. THEN WHY TELL ME THAT TRADES CLOSE AT 6:30?!? A highlight of our recent Vegas trip was Knight & Day Games! It's a large gaming store with many tables in the back of the store for gaming and painting. Everything was clean and in good conditions. One can purchase a membership or a day pass ($10 per person) to play games from their expansive library. We played a game we had been wanting to pick up but is not back in stock yet, Star Trek the Captain's Chair; the game was brand new and not even popped yet. The selection of games for purchase is impressive! We were just at Spiel in Essen Germany last October and saw many of the new games that came out during Essen here, quite a few sold with the Essen-released expansion too. Pricing here looks to be pretty reasonable. I also love that you can apply amount paid for the day pass towards game purchase. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful! Snacks, drinks were available for purchase and they're also a couple of gender neutral bathrooms available for guests' use. read more

Honestly, the customer service sucks. I like the variety of items they have, but it never feels welcoming. I've been there a lot of times, I only feel welcomed 1 out of 10 times I go there. My most recent one was just earlier today. A long haired guy was acting like we were bothering him when we asked for some help. He was so rude and grumpy. Then when we were checking out, we asked a different employee checking us out a question and the long haired guy answered bluntly without addressing us, no friendliness, no nice and kind customer service at all. You can be ever so slightly nicer or not make a customer feel like theyre a bother for trying to buy things. It really leaves you feeling like crap when leaving the store instead of happy or satisfied. I strongly recommend retraining your employees for friendly customer service or maybe hiring better ones because I know there are a lot of people in the collecting and tcg community that are super nice and welcoming and would love a job there. This is one of the most important places where making customers feel welcomed to ask questions and ask for help because its a gaming community. I already see a handful of reviews here complaining about the staff's attitude and professionalism. I hear a lot of complaints too from the other local stores, people, and friends. That's why I always hear people saying they don't go to this location as much anymore because of staff and customer service. read more

Came here with my wife and family to buy DnD dice and browse the store while visiting for vacation. Huge huge HUGE shout out to Johnny who works here. Such good vibes and he knows his stuff. Great dice selection (even though apparently they were recently cleaned out by some local one shots that were run- wish I could have seen what they had with full stock!). Had my first experience after seeing the couple of signs offering two free Pokémon cards and ran over towards the container store where they were located in town Square and I was absolutely beyond impressed with the Pokémon products sealed, and singles and slabs that were available even about an hour before closing. The value in which you are purchasing sealed products, for example is very fairly priced and quite honestly there is so much inventory there that you can't even find online sometimes. My husband and I just moved here from Seattle, and we love visiting these stores because I love doctor doom and he loves Pokémon. The customer service was great! Female employee we came across was super engaging and fun to talk to. We wanted to linger longer but the A/C was either broke or not fully functioning. It was absolutely MISERABLE to be inside. We had to leave as we were both melting and I began to sweat my makeup off. We ended up leaving without exploring the whole store because we couldn't stand to be inside. The female worker with the dark hair handling the Tcg here genuinely need to be checked because she was VERY pushy and lacked patience to explain/answer questions when I came in. The workers here never smile. I felt like I was being watched the entire time by her so I tested this by setting my water bottle down and immediately within the first 10 seconds of it being placed on their glass top she immediately told me to remove it. Take some advice from a business owner and customer, your employees should NEVER be on such high alert checking every single thing someone does when they come in. Especially after I made a $300 purchase. It is on the customer if they spill their water bottle on top of your display, this is why insurance exists. All the staff here are so nice, but Howard really went above and beyond for my partner and I today. I came in for a board game that I expected to not be in stock, but it wound up being 75% off and they had just sold their last copies. I was pretty devastated. Howard went and checked the back and found a box of some additional copies and it made my entire day. I had to sit outside for a minute and reflect on the amazing luck I had that he was standing there and felt inclined to help me out just because he felt nice. I really love this shop. My son and I stopped in here on a Friday. It's a large store with a wide variety of games and hobbies. Perhaps the coolest part was the area in the back where you can pay $10/pp to play any of their large selection of games. Staff advised that the $10 also acts as store credit which is very cool. Its inaccurate and then we never even received the card. Since we had to give all our we started getting all sorts of adds about the specific card and found they also over charge for the market price. Their whole thing about the complaints I had was like, "there's nothing we can do - you have the SHOP app. Check that." And then, "its not our fault its USPS" or whomever they use. I am not a "gamer" by today's terms, but I do love a good puzzle or board game, and this place has both of those and an insane and amazing of gamer cards, games, and accessories, to purchase, make/paint, rent for the evening (a massive library of games folks) at one of their tables. They have game nights and if you just want to join in and there is an opening, the patrons and staff are super accommodating. When we first walked in, we were somewhat overwhelmed by the extensive space and merchandise, but then Traci politely offered to take us on a tour. Completely worth it! We found out they even have various levels of membership, some of which allow for free coffee and other benefits, plus tournaments (schedules vary). There is literally something for everyone. And if you aren't remotely interested in any of it, it's a great place to buy gifts for others. They ship everywhere too. They just moved here about four months ago from a smaller, more obscure spot at Town Square, to closer the entrance off of Las Vegas Blvd, next to The Container Store. I took my son to this store because we heard they have Beyblade tournaments on weekends, and he's a huge fan. The store itself is great! They have an impressive variety of board games and other fun options for game nights, which I really appreciate. However, I will say that the Beyblade events could use some improvement. seemed a bit unorganized & the staff was a little flustered or having anxiety. Vicki is the paint ambassador who's very knowledgeable, accommodating, and super helpful! They also have tabletop games and host tournaments. Pricing for a Day Pass is $10 where you can try out games for a day, and that also includes paint night. Used to love coming here. Their management and tournament organizers are so unethical that I can no longer support them. They constantly cross schedule their tournaments on days other stores do them. From when they started doing tournaments to now, when new stores start scheduling theirs. They host tournaments on competing days. That is not how you grow your card game communities. That's how you kill them. If you host a tournament on a day that has been established by another store, you potentially cut your turnout in half, potentially causing neither to fire. There's plenty of days to go around for games that you don't need to overlap with another store. Tacky and underhanded business tactic. Also as a final, unrelated note: be wary of buying singles. I've seen fake cards in their cases and my friends have even been sold fake cards. Staff even denied my friend a refund after selling him a fake MtG card. read more

We've been coming to this place for years since the day they opened and always enjoyed it even though it's a bit overpriced because the experience made it worth it. Unfortunately, today might just be the last visit. One of the workers with pink hair randomly asked to check our bag because we "looked suspicious," and when we asked why, the only explanation given was that they've had some suspicious incidents lately, with no real reason to justify it. Given if they have had suspicious activity, they should have had cameras or other security measures rather than just assuming and asking customers to open up their bag unexpectedly. It was unfortunate, but this can happen between the holiday surge and clearing out inventory. Shortly after my refund, I got an e-mail from customer service stating they found a copy and would be willing to honor my original price. I jumped on it and they processed and shipped the order the following day. I just received my order a few days ahead of schedule (great!) and the game was new in perfect condition.
