Dungeon master you rolled a dice and that's a triple threat. Your done! Do you recall how we used to do things. Was there a world without the phone? A time when we used actually paper and pencil! In fact there was, we used to use our brains to play games and figure things out! We can still let the brain work and create a little . Are you looking for a place to gather? Maybe play a game . How about find a Pokémon game? Look no further for a space . Ready player one, and player two. Come on over. Pokémon please! They sell a wide range of items and new cards as well . You just have to be here to see . Are you a wizard? No matter what level you're on the level here. Just let's be real and stop on by. The service here is very great. At some points you are not sure if whom your talking too is an individual that is employed here . That's how well the services are. It's a great collective. But we all come in peace . Your presence is required. We value you and what you have to offer. The best of things await you for the best of values and visions they offer too.

Didn't get the name of this great staff last time till we ran into him again. Big shout out to the staff HOWARD who is amazingly patient, attentive, and professional. He takes time introducing and explaining to customers with any questions or in need of assistance. And we met Jay today as well. He is great as well. Really appreciate the staff here.

I am not a "gamer" by today's terms, but I do love a good puzzle or board game, and this place has both of those and an insane and amazing of gamer cards, games, and accessories, to purchase, make/paint, rent for the evening (a massive library of games folks) at one of their tables. They have game nights and if you just want to join in and there is an opening, the patrons and staff are super accommodating. When we first walked in, we were somewhat overwhelmed by the extensive space and merchandise, but then Traci politely offered to take us on a tour. Completely worth it! We found out they even have various levels of membership, some of which allow for free coffee and other benefits, plus tournaments (schedules vary). There is literally something for everyone. And if you aren't remotely interested in any of it, it's a great place to buy gifts for others. They ship everywhere too. They just moved here about four months ago from a smaller, more obscure spot at Town Square, to closer the entrance off of Las Vegas Blvd, next to The Container Store. I ended up buying a fun game called "You've Got Problems, The Game of Terrible Choices" Can't wait to bust it out with my family and friends.

I took my son to this store because we heard they have Beyblade tournaments on weekends, and he's a huge fan. The store itself is great! They have an impressive variety of board games and other fun options for game nights, which I really appreciate. However, I will say that the Beyblade events could use some improvement. seemed a bit unorganized & the staff was a little flustered or having anxiety. I think with a bit more structure, it could be a fantastic experience. Overall, it's a solid place to check out, especially for board game lovers.

HUGE game and hobby store just opened behind the Container Store at Town Square. Enter Knight & Day Games and be amazed, games galore, puzzles, collectibles, dice figurines and more. This is your one stop shop for the gamer you know. Find the perfect present here or spend time playing with your friends at one of the gamer tables. Biggest selection of games I have ever seen, trivia, children and adult variations. For the puzzler in your life, nice selection of puzzles and they even have Ravensburger brand! Stations set up to paint your favorite collectibles at the back of the store with stationary magnifying glass to get the smallest of places. Friendly staff willing to pint you in the right direction or answer any questions you have about the great priced stock. Tip: Tables available for card games, board games and more. Private rooms available for rent in the back of the store. Can't wait to come back and peruse more of this amazing game store.

Finally able to cancel after months of them pulling my chain and hoping I forget I ordered $200 of product.

I decided to submit my first grade ever because I've never done it before so I went with Paradise Card Breaks due to a post on their instagram saying they now do Beckett submissions. On 6/6/26, I paid approximately $175 for a Beckett Priority 5-Day Turnaround grading service. Before submitting my card, I was told that the card would be shipped to Beckett on Monday, 6/8/26. 6/13/26, after reaching out to them I received an email stating that the card was only being shipped out that day. Which not sure if that was accurate because that was the day the shipping label was created and was actually shipped on 6/15/26, almost 2 weeks after giving them my card. The explanation given was that this was their first Beckett submission, not sure if the submission process from Beckett is different from PSA which they have plenty of experience with. On top of that I was told that he had off days and nobody else could take care of the project. While I understand that businesses can encounter issues, and everyone deserves their off days but customers should not be paying premium prices for expedited services only to have those services delayed due to a company's lack of experience or internal processes. The entire reason I paid for a Priority 5-Day service was to receive faster turnaround times. Instead, the submission sat for nearly a week before even being sent to Beckett. What should have been a 5-day grading service turned into significantly more time than what I paid for. After experiencing this issue, I looked through other customer reviews and found numerous complaints describing similar problems involving delays, communication issues, and unmet expectations. Unfortunately, my experience appears to be consistent with those reviews. Throughout the entire process I had to reach out to them for any updates through email with a response to wait up to 48 hours for them to respond. On 7/1/2026 I sent another email for an update with no response. On 7/3/2026 I called them for an update and they told me my card will be there on Monday as well as just telling me my grade without asking, was hoping for the surprise but oh well. 7/6/2026. Monday I received an email in the afternoon and went the following day to pick up my card. Based on the delay, lack of follow-through, and failure to meet the promised submission timeline, I cannot recommend Paradise Card Breaks to other collectors at this time.

It can get crowded, but that's to be expected for being located in Town Square. Not why I'm giving this Barnes & Noble a high rating though. It's always about the staff for me.... I had ordered books through my Barnes & Noble app for pick-up at this location, since they had the titles I wanted in stock. However, all the titles in stock were in paperback. It only took a day for the location to put my order together, which was nice, and I got the alert on my app and email. At pick-up I look at my ordered stack, and my heart just drops because it really bothers me my set is mismatched. The sales rep looks at me humorously, then my stack, and straight up asked "Is it bothering you that these aren't all paperbacks?" LOL. The hubby laughs, and admits it for me. Instead of making fun of me, she shows her equally nerdy side, empathizing with me! She quickly offers to return the single hardback of my series, and adds my contact information to a list of when my single item gets replenished in the correct form (paperback). Yes! There was more to the conversation, but I just appreciated how intuitive and friendly she was. It's not just her either -- the whole team at this location operate at the same high level of customer service. Again, it's just from my personal observances on multiple visits. My issue wasn't necessarily the fee itself, maybe a little, but that there was no signage or notice anywhere letting customers know this ahead of time. Just something to be aware of if you're paying with a credit card, as the final total may be higher than the marked prices. Considering the store already has premium pricing, I think adding clear signage about the additional fee would make for a much more transparent shopping experience. To say we were excited was an understatement, she had been saving and I was happy to help too. We discovered a smaller version at a mall and were delighted with their selection of items. We picked our a few hundred dollars worth of stuff and although we loved the items we picked we were still overly excited to get to main store. So we asked the kid working if we would be able to return items if we decided we wanted different ones. He ASSURED us that we could, we told him how excited we were to go to the big store and he said we could definitely return if we found ones we liked better. So we were not disappointed when we saw the big store. They had everything we wanted so we grabbed the 2 items we planned to return and then went crazy!!! We got to register to pay and told the girl we were returning 2 items and getting the rest. She didn't bat an eye, said it was absolutely not a problem and proceeded to finish sale. Out total receipt ended up being 649 dollars. We left with big smiles on our faces. 2 days later we realized we had purchased too many things and literally couldn't fit them all in car. So we grabbed our least favorite ones and headed to mall store to return them. The manager said we could only receive store credit. WTF???? We explained what we were told and she just said store policy sp we left. My daughter called the main store and spoke with manager. He said there was nothing he could do. Told us if we called back the next day the owner would be in and maybe he could make exception. When we called he told us the owner would not speak to us and there was no exceptions, even though we were told the wrong information by clerk. I understand I am one person and my business doesn't make or break a company's bottom line but I was planning on making this store a frequent place to purchase from as they had such great selection. I have been a retail manager for many years and this store has a shifty owner that trains his staff to be shifty. I am appalled that a store owner would refuse to speak to customers and that after spending more than 1,000 dollars in 2 days won't even attempt to make things right. If you believe in good customer service and making sure your customers are happy, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS BUSINESS!!!! THE OWNER IS A STRAIGHT UP ASSHOLE.
