I also discovered my interest for it during the Secret Level episode five on Warhammer that's on Amazon Prime however, the more I was on the online, I was not sure what was cannon or fan fic anymore . The more I got into the lore, the more interested I was about the art and the story behind it. Lo and behold, there was an actual Warhammer Store in my area. Jafo is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in all my questions he gives you enough space for you to explore, but is available if you have questions on how something works or how to get started. There is a lot of information for me to understand, but I would definitely come back to learn more about the hobby itself. I end up purchasing two books at a very decent price and I was already reading so much more about it. The age group varies on the hobby itself, but everyone seems to be very welcoming and supportive. If you are new to this like I am, I would strongly recommend visiting this store as they have a great selection of items for you to browse or get into. Everything is very organized and very clean and I appreciate the openness of it all highly recommend.

Either it's a mom and pop shop and run very leniently and I just popped in the first time expecting something else, or morning shift put in their notice and quit a bit early. I'm upset! I lived 25 minutes out and wanted to make a purchase before I go out running some errands, all the other people that tried to get in looked like they were wanting to make purchases too. I might pop in later today and rethink my review, but first impression is a last impression, and I can't even see what's inside to make one!

Shelves are PACKED with board games of all kinds, display cases house rare trading cards from Pokemon, to Magic, to games you've never heard of. They had staff organizing matchups, keeping time, and facilitating multiple events/small tournaments at the same time.

Shelving/product has been shifted all around and now you have to walk past a hoard of people blocking the front with their card collections. The shelves are looking more barren, product is just randomly all over the place now, nothing feels categorized. What happened to this place? The employees also don't really acknowledge anyone except a band of social misfits that seem to patronize the place. They seem to ignore the wealthier executive types (who have plenty of have money to spend) and cater to the customers who have to save up to buy a title. This isn't a case of belittling people of a different income bracket, but you'd think the store would be treating all customers somewhat the same if they're there to actually make money. The owner, a chubby old bald guy, is also just so off out and of place to a level where you just don't feel comfortable. Vegas needs a board game store in the south. A normal one. I'm happily spending my hard on money on Amazon at this point.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Paradise Card Breaks for a Beckett grading…read moresubmission. I decided to submit my first grade ever because I've never done it before so I went with Paradise Card Breaks due to a post on their instagram saying they now do Beckett submissions. On 6/6/26, I paid approximately $175 for a Beckett Priority 5-Day Turnaround grading service. Before submitting my card, I was told that the card would be shipped to Beckett on Monday, 6/8/26. 6/13/26, after reaching out to them I received an email stating that the card was only being shipped out that day. Which not sure if that was accurate because that was the day the shipping label was created and was actually shipped on 6/15/26, almost 2 weeks after giving them my card. The explanation given was that this was their first Beckett submission, not sure if the submission process from Beckett is different from PSA which they have plenty of experience with. On top of that I was told that he had off days and nobody else could take care of the project. While I understand that businesses can encounter issues, and everyone deserves their off days but customers should not be paying premium prices for expedited services only to have those services delayed due to a company's lack of experience or internal processes. The entire reason I paid for a Priority 5-Day service was to receive faster turnaround times. Instead, the submission sat for nearly a week before even being sent to Beckett. What should have been a 5-day grading service turned into significantly more time than what I paid for. After experiencing this issue, I looked through other customer reviews and found numerous complaints describing similar problems involving delays, communication issues, and unmet expectations. Unfortunately, my experience appears to be consistent with those reviews. Throughout the entire process I had to reach out to them for any updates through email with a response to wait up to 48 hours for them to respond. On 7/1/2026 I sent another email for an update with no response. On 7/3/2026 I called them for an update and they told me my card will be there on Monday as well as just telling me my grade without asking, was hoping for the surprise but oh well. 7/6/2026. Monday I received an email in the afternoon and went the following day to pick up my card. Based on the delay, lack of follow-through, and failure to meet the promised submission timeline, I cannot recommend Paradise Card Breaks to other collectors at this time.

Update: After my original review, the situation escalated significantly…read more I was contacted by Paradise Card Breaks and informed that my card was stolen in transit after being shipped back from PSA. According to them, a police report was filed, and I was paid out the insured value for the loss. To be clear, this entire process--from the initial mistake of submitting my express order as bulk, to locating the card and resubmitting it, and ultimately the loss of the card during return shipping--reflects a serious breakdown in handling at multiple stages. While I did receive the insurance payout, that does not replace a unique, high-end card, especially considering everything that led up to this point. This was my first submission with Paradise Card Breaks, and it's hard to overlook how many issues occurred from start to finish once the card left my hands. I was offered additional PSA submissions as a resolution, but given how this process went, that is not something I'm comfortable with. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend using this shop for PSA submissions--particularly for higher-value cards. Customers should be aware of the risks involved. This experience resulted in the permanent loss of my card.
