I reached out to pinnacle Peak to express my thoughts on a auto insurance policy that only increased in the four years when it should have decreased with no claims or tickets not to mention on time payments and years of loyalty. I received a response back from a broker there named Mike to call the insurer and if need be cancel my policy with them directly. I did just that and now pay half of what I did through this unprofessional insurance broker! I would not recommend getting any kind of coverage through them.
