Overcharged, didn't respond to emails to confirm they were coming to a shred event, didn't have us on the books for the event, then found out they had us booked for a completely different city. When I finally spoke with a manager, his "sorry" was lacking, and his excuse for my rep not responding to me, was that she changed positions and her phone number had changed. (I had mainly reached out to her via email, and you would think they would bother to update me that they were leaving their position and that xyz would be my new point of contact. Do not do business with this company. There are many other negative reviews that sound similar to mine, and many lawsuits against them too. They also go by Stericycle.

The email stated that in 3-5 business days someone would contact me to schedule our service. I got nothing. Over two weeks passed before anyone called me, so we decided to solve our issue in another manner. I decided to give them another chance and asked them to do another job for us, and I signed the agreement on May 4th. They told me they'd have a service date for me the following afternoon. Nothing. I had to ask THEM for the date three days later. Even then he said he'd tell me that day, and he didn't get back to me until the next. They scheduled us for the 20th of May. The day came and went. No one. I emailed them the next morning, and he called to say they'd send someone right out. No one AGAIN! I waited on Friday as well, just in case. Still no one. Don't even bother. These are absolutely horrible business practices. These guys are terrible and do not do what they say they will.
