I had to ask THEM for the date three days later. Even then he said he'd tell me that day, and he didn't get back to me until the next. They scheduled us for the 20th of May. The day came and went. No one. I emailed them the next morning, and he called to say they'd send someone right out. No one AGAIN! I waited on Friday as well, just in case. Still no one. Don't even bother. These are absolutely horrible business practices. These guys are terrible and do not do what they say they will.
