The side are always a hit and the cornbread is to die for. We live in Terre Haute but drive to pappys for the best barbecue in our area. (I don't like wine so chicken Marsala was not their suggestion because it has a bit of wine flavoring, but I have had it and it's very good also). All indications are the staff are very cohesive and have great synergy. My wife was very content with her chicken caroza. We went on a Wednesday evening and it was fairly quiet. The recent nice weather and outdoor athletics might have kept the crowd down a little bit. But usually the place is packed. And, for good reasons. It's a wonderful (hidden) gem for Brazil. The place is clean and comfortable. Decorations and music are cool. Before departing, Dave took a few minutes to compare notes with our culinary experiences.
