It really is a shame because the muffins and coffee drinks are very good but it is impossible for working people to wait that long for a cup of coffee in the morning. Plan: To find and contact the owner (has to be one somewhere) and speak with him. This is not customer service; this is an assault on the community. Note: Customers talk to each other and they are not happy.
