We scheduled a wedding suit consultation. It took 20 minutes to see options and take measurements. We were only interested in black. They were very friendly and helpful. They handle alterations which is great. Their prices ranged from $200-$400 for coat, pants and shirts. They had a great collection of ties. read more

From beginning to end, these guys were amazing. Unfortunately, their business was affected by the looting in Minneapolis, and we were so worried that they wouldn't reopen. They were able to pivot, and were so great at working with us and our groomsmen to order suits, vests, and ties in our colors. When we were concerned we had been affected by porch pirates, they also helped us order child sized bowties - and when they finally arrived, were so helpful in accepting the return. The alterations they made were quick, efficient, and made sure everything was a perfect fit. We had to get a custom suit for a wedding. Made the appt and no measurements were taken. My husband tried on a pair of pants. They said oh we'll probably have to take those in and then had him try on a suit coat that looks about right. No measurements though and this was a custom suit. He went in to get it. The shirt was way too big. Four people could've fit into it so they gave them one that was too small too tight and said he needed a neck extender. This is a plain white shirt then he put on the suit coat and it pulled in the front and in the back and they said Yep, it fits. He tried arguing with him so he brought the suit home. We went back in the one gentleman that helped us was very nice that another gentleman came over and just stood there buttoned his own suit and said they are meant to be tight and short. He wouldn't lengthen my husband's suit coat because he said it would make him too short. Then he said they could move the buttons on the coat and he was extremely rude. Didn't introduce himself, didn't say a word. They were not going to press the shirt or steam the suit they told him he could do that on his own with an iron at home or to put it in the dryer. When he put on the white shirt there then the nice man said oh let me just get you a half size bigger that worked perfectly no extenders no nothing. Come to find out that the very rude gentleman that came and helped and told him that he would look shorter in a longer suit coat is the owner. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Out of the four times my husband was there. One gentleman was nice to him. The rest didn't give him the time of day. Then they sent the ties with the groom not even with the person that purchased it. Not a place you want to go unless you want issues with your suit. By the way, the groom's pants were too short and he was measured. read more

I went in here to get a suit on short notice and they absolutely did not disappoint. The people working there are super friendly and helpful - they set me up with a great-looking suit and everything else I needed for a good-looking outfit. I was very satisfied with the final result and will definitely go here again if I need another formal outfit. read more

Worst place ever. Nothing on time. They don't follow up and they don't actually provide what they say. My friend had his pants mailed to him with out the alterations done. He had to cut 7 inches off the pants leg himself. No refund. Then my stuff they didn't have ready in time. Just the absolute worst experience ever for a wedding. read more

We purchased suits through Knight's Chambers for our wedding. Even though my groomsmen were from all over the country, they were able to coordinate with them to receive measurements and ship them their suits with plenty of time for tailoring. A few groomsmen including myself also needed last minute tailoring adjustments which they were able to accommodate quickly and easily. The suits looked great on the wedding day and you definitely cannot beat that price. read more

We went to the store in January prior to our end of May wedding. We loved the suits they had in their store. The owner was a little concerned about whether or not they would come on time but would order them within 2 weeks if we had all our groomsmen come in for measurements. We did so and they were ordered 3 weeks later due to staffing issues the previous week. They did a good job staying in contact with us on the order. When the order shipped they did call us and let us know. Later though we found out not all the suit sizes were shipped and that we were stuck without one of our sizes for 2 of our groomsmen. The owner did apologize over phone and in person however said he didn't have any control over his vendor's error. The owner did tell us he called around to other stores to see if they had the size suit without success. Thus we ended up with having to go with a different suit color for all our groomsmen due to the mishap. Us, as reasonably people realized shipping errors do happen. However what disappointed me with the company was the lack of careful consideration with tailoring and having the right color shirts and size ties. Here are a few things that occurred that were in control of the owner and his team. When one of our groomsmen came in to pick up his suit it was way too big for him even though he went to their specific store earlier in the spring for measurements. This groomsman drove a couple hours to the location when his "suit" was ready and unfortunately had to wait until they figured out a solution. Furthermore when my husband went to pick up the ties he had all the same sizes for himself and groomsmen. This was a problem as the owner recommended to him previously to wear a normal size tie with his vest instead of the skinny tie we purchased for the rest of the men. This mistake required my husband to drive back to the store to switch the tie. Lastly when the best man showed up to the wedding he was wearing a different shade of white shirt then the rest of the groomsmen. Our photographer has been gracious enough to photoshop his shirt color to match. These last issues were all preventable and demonstrates carelessness regardless of the suit situation. I would not recommend this vendor due to their poor attention to detail and unfortunately no consideration for the poor customer service we experienced multiple times throughout the process. I think there were many chances where the owner could have took control of our order in whole and improved customer service. As a bride and groom I think it is important to find a company that you can trust during your wedding planning process and hopefully this review can help this company improve their internal communication and customer service for the next couple planning their big day! read more

We were VERY disappointed in our experience with Knights Chamber. We were referred here by a close friend for suit purchase for our wedding for my groom and his 5 groomsmen. My dad chose to come here too. Our firsit visit went very well and we were excited about this place initially. We were helped properly, professionally and we felt confident in our colors, suit and shoe choices. We were told it was a package deal including tailoring and basic hemming. We were told that the tailoring would come at no additional cost unless the man was very large and very tall (over300lbs, over 6' tall). We left and told all of our groomsmen to go and get fitted. All is well from here on out until... it was as though no ever remembered us or documented ANYTHING. They keep a sheet of paper with handwritten phone numbers, names and sizes on it and they are supposed to write down when deposits or payments are made, when and if changes occur and call people for clarification. We had 1 groomsmen get charged $25 for something involving tailoring and he NOT a big and tall customer. Suits came in and no one was ever called. We were assured that when we decided to change our shoe, that it was fine and we had enough time to get in a sample and see if before changing our minds. The shoe (1 of the 2 shoes) came in and no one ever called me. We lost an entire week of time because of that and were forced to pick that 1 shoe and told later the other one we wanted to see was backordered but again that was never communicated. I came to pick up all of the shoes for the guys and they FORGOT MY GROOMS SHOES one week before the wedding..... oops they are there in the back of the closet after I INSISTED we didn't have them. Then we found out through the grapevine that we (bride and groom) had the ties and that we are going to disperse them to everyone on the day of the wedding. This was news to us and never communicated. We brought up the ties at a fitting visit and they were totally confused, left us waiting to go dig them out of the back of a closet that is extremely messy and went "Oh! Here they are sorry about that!" They never documented when someone picked up or paid for a suit. UNBELEIVEABLE. Terrible way to run any kind of business and we were sorely regretful for choosing them to be our trusted vendor for an important part of our big day. My favorite part of all of this. On the wedding day on the WAY to the wedding venue, one of our groomsmen's pant BUTTCRACK SEAM CAME COMPLETELY UNDONE and he had to scramble to find a sewing kit. What the hell!? Another groomemen's BUTTON FELL OFF within 25 minutes of wearing the suit - DURING PICTURES. WOW. And ALL of the guys complained of how uncomfortable and tight the waist was on the pants. All of the suits had tiny white threads coming out of the seams on the shoulders. You can see them in photos. What is going on over there? We did not go cheap here either by the way. We purchased... we did not RENT. We spent a lot of money and time at this place only to leave pissed off every single time. We chose a "better quality" of suit and expected just that. A suit that fit nice, doesn't rip and staff that communicates appropriately and documents the 1 piece of paper they have for the order that was well over $1,600. Unreal. Knights Chamber was hands down our only and BIGGEST headache with our wedding planning process. SAVE YOURSELF and go somewhere else. I was told outright that they "get really busy on the weekends and things just don't get documented or written down.... Ehh ... it happens all of the time!" (Which the guys who told me this was not bothered at all at how irritated and unnerved I, the BRIDE, was on the week before the wedding) Terrible. Just terrible. Do better, Knights Chamber and get a computer system or EXCEL for gods sake and document things and CALL your paying customers. We will not be returning. You lost out on several potential lifelong customers and more potential customers as we will share our experience with anyone who asks. read more

We had our consult with Chris, one of the owners, and he was awesome. We had a fairly good idea of what we wanted and he helped us achieve the look, all while being friendly, personable, and professional. He was great. Unfortunately that was the only time we worked with Chris and from then on it went south. Communication is terrible. The other owner, Tariq, is not personable at all even though he seems to handle all customer communication. You're told you'll get notified when things come in, are ready, etc. but my husband called to check the status of things multiple times at different stages and was told items had been ready even though neither he or the other guys had been notified. Every time we were in there, for whatever reason, Tariq seemed to be bothered by whatever question we had. Tailoring is where they really lost us - one suit can only be messed up so many times before it just gets ridiculous, and we're given no real answer to what is going wrong or how the issue will be fixed. Suits are great, price is great - order the suit, pick it up, and leave it at that - find a different tailor. read more

fortunately my fiancé (and now husband) has a really awful experience buying our groomsmens suits from here despite hearing good things. Every single person who bought a suit encountered a problem whether it was knights chamber calling to say the suit shipped in & it really hadn't (people drove 2+ hours to get the suits only to come back empty handed) or the fact that our two out of town groomsmen didn't get suits until 48 hours before the wedding (despite getting measurements on time. KC have these men suits 6-8 sizes too large). They have everyone send it measurements but don't even use them except for the shoulders (they order pants based on their shoulder width and completely disregard all pant measurements.). On top of that, the best man split his pants during our reception. Really overall just a headache of an experience and I wish we would have chosen someplace else that gave us peace of mind. read more
