With my allergies I purchase the men's cotton socks. Over the years they have become thinner and not as good of quality. They also used to have fun patterns and now it is the boring neutrals. The coats used to be excellent and we own several jackets and parkas. Now the quality is much worse. I purchased a parka and the hood was defective. The only thing that I still consider very good is the supima towel bath sheet. Out of all of the items I purchased in the last few years, I have returned about 75%.

Will be coming back My mother and I went to get fitted and our fitters really tailored to our needs. I ended up with a whole new set of bras that fit wonderfully. (Thanks Olivia!) The best part was not feeling rushed or judged at all, and feeling listened to when asking about how bras fit. Olivia was able to help me determine if that was just the style of the bra or if it was a sizing issue. Turns out the Jhook (which brings the straps together in the back) works wonderfully for me, and was an option on a few of the bras. I was very impressed with the amount of options available since I wear a larger size (GG). Though the colors I wanted were not at this store, they were able to call another location and get the bras shipped to my house. One arrived in just a few days (it was at another store) and the other is still in transit (it had to be ordered from the supplier). I was so happy to discover that yes they fit exactly like the one I tried on and feel great. I actually look forward to getting a new bra when I need one, instead of putting it off for years. I even got verbal and written instructions for the proper way to wash my new bras and they had soap available in the store as well. I do wish there were a few more options for sports bras, but otherwise it was awesome.

They actually have a fairly decent selection of fishing gear. There was no service or anyone who seemed available to help. This seems a common complaint Check out was slow. I find shopping at Dick's a bit depressing as there is a notable lack of knowledgeable service. There is plenty of parking however and the location is convenient.

They seemed more focused on getting ready to close for the day rather than check in with customers (and I'm totally fine with that). So now I want to purchase a cabinet hutch and am told they cannot lift it into my vehicle? They have lifted the 2 items into my vehicle in the past, but now they cant? I'm not sure what they are worried about but its not going to help them at all. if you sell large items and most of your clients are female you should really help lift it in the van as a customer service to them. I have seen them rolling, sliding and lifting furniture all over the store to sell but they cannot do this for whom they have sold the piece to? Every store I have shopped including some antique stores carry out and place into my vehicle as a customer service. If this is an insurance issue, I will guarantee you that it is not much per year to add but it will help you immensely. I was helped by Alexis and Dorce. I found plenty of stuff to try on but fell in love with three different styled tops! The clothing is buttery soft and a bit different from their competitors. There's also a happiness guarantee- love the product or send it back. Always free returns. The material is made from recycled materials. So far I've worn 2 of my pieces and loved them!
