(Sorry, I forgot to ask her name!) The included breakfast was well above average and also super clean. Jennifer kept things stocked, never stopped cleaning, answered questions, and was yet another positive and friendly staff member. Everything looked clean and the bathroom was free of mold and grime. The checkin was easy and friendly. The room was a little warm and I couldn't get the thermostat to cool it down much. It was a hot summer in July so I had hoped for a much cooler room. Breakfast wasn't great, so I'm not sure I'd like staying here again for the price. Cheap paper plates kind of says it all to me. There are much better places in the Marriott brand.

Except for the fact when I checked out, he then refused to not charge me for that day and made me pay. I had stayed here so many times though it had been a while. It wasn't about the money but the rude and racism and dirtiness of a place we had good memories at before. If you forget about that bad customer service I still would not take anyone there again Do not take your children here or if you have any breathing troubles do not go here. The hotel is very old and clearly no profits have been used for improvements. Our room had a horrible smell, peeling wallpaper, a drain that was so slow we had to stop our showers repeatedly. Even with the air conditioner running there was so much moisture in the room that our clothes and sheets felt damp, and even the checkout receipt that was placed under our door was curled! The smell permeated my hair, our clothing, and even our soft sided luggage. Dear friends of ours also stayed overnight at this hotel to attend our daughter's wedding and had the same issues. I was charged luxury prices for a budget hotel! I'm not sure where the 'Quality' was at this horribly overpriced 'Quality Inn'
