First off, the receptionist is terrible at communicating, on the phone and in person, this caused confusion on my part, making me think that SC knew anything about sports medicine. This is a faulty claim in my opinion. When I asked, does she have any sports medicine knowledge, I have an injury related to that, she clearly told me that she could investigate my problem. When I got there, she didn't even know the difference between a kyphotic position and a thoracically extended position, nor what rhomboids were, and just said, "well, you just need to be aligned" oh really? So she cracked my back and neck (I've got buddy's that can do it better) and sent me on my way after talking some Mumbo jumbo about electro shock acupuncture for a secondary session to heal my back. 20 minute wait, 10 minute procedure, 25 bucks. No thanks, learned my lesson, sucking it up and going to a real physician this time! Don't accept this placebic practice, I know people that go back every week, they think it's the only way to keep the pain at bay. Don't buy that. Go to a doctor or physical therapist and get help once and for all.

After walking through the door I could tell it was a high-end place, but actually cheaper than my old chiropractor in a previous town. The place is well taken care of with nice chairs, an iPad with a sign-in process that helps you give a detailed account of what ails you. The doc himself lived up to expectations and was very professional, knowledgable, and explained what was wrong and what he was doing. Obviously an excellent choice. You can find the same services at other gyms in the area for half the price and with better customer service. If you're a college student or in the military, I strongly recommend avoiding this gym, as their policies seem designed to trap you financially. - Here's why I'm giving them 1 star: *Their prices are double what other gyms charge in Warrensburg. *The owner is unfriendly and unwelcoming. *The contract buyout fee is outrageous--$300 or more, often higher than other gyms in Missouri. They charge whichever amount benefits them most (either $300 or 50% of your remaining contract, whichever is higher). CHECK THE TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT - When I graduated and moved 50+ miles away, I was told that since I was a consistent customer for many years I could avoid the buyout fee if I gave them a month's notice. When I did, that offer was suddenly "no longer available," and they demanded $450 to cancel my contract. After negotiating, they agreed to $200 but required it in cash within three days, even though they had my card on file. I soon learned that Tim Kesemann is not your typical DC. I remember my first visit when we went over my medical issues and a told him my heart raced about 4-5 times a day. I tried not to let my eyes roll when he said he may be able to help with that. I mean, after all, he's not a cardiologist....right? Well, no he's not, but turns out he did, indeed, help me with that and saved me a lot of money not having to visit a cardiologist! After the FIRST TREATMENT my heart races maybe once a week now and if it starts to become more frequent (which it rarely does because he keeps me tuned up!) all I have to do is tell him and he gets it corrected. He's also mentioned that chiropractic performed correctly can help with a number of maladies including asthma and upper respiratory issues. I've gone from thinking it was "smoke and mirrors" to being a full fledged believer in what his skills can accomplish. He's worked wonders for my wife and I and all without trying to twist my head off my neck! I can't recommend Dr. Tim Kesemann highly enough. The support staff are all so nice & sweet and most of the girls seem like students. Mind you ALL WOMEN... YOUNG women except the dentist. He's an older male. During my first visit he was nice, by the second he rushed my appointment and talked about what I thought we're personal and unprofessional things. I went in for a filing and he shaved my natural tooth down to fill it never had that ever happened now I have tooth sensitivity and can't eat cold or hot foods on that side. OH!! & they over charged me. I do not recommend. I've actually just changed dentists.
