First I must say the Physical Therapist, Paige, was absolutely incredible. However, I cannot say…read morethe same for the owner. Basically they did not file a claim within one year, so it was denied by the insurance company. In turn they are billing me for their untimely filing. I attempted to the owner Scott. He picked up the phone and started ranting about all the insurance people he has to deal with. He would not let me get a word in edgewise. He then hung up on me. Not a professional way to conduct business.
