Since I have them, they only show up to turn the sprinklers on and off. I've had "only" them and my lawn has constantly died due to poor sprinkler types and lack of water getting to certain areas. Sprinkler care and lawn treatment seem to be horrible in Bergen County. You have to receiving a communication from this company is nice to know that they monitor these posts however when you turn a sprinkler system on it is customary to check the sprinklers for proper condition and if if they are doing the proper job not just turn it on and walk away from it. I would not have lost my lawn this year if my sprinkler company had my best interest at heart and checked each sprinkler head and the placement and the coverage they were supplying not just turn the sprinkler on. This past time when I requested that they come out they had to replace several heads and adjust locations that the sprinklers were supplying water to. That tells me that when they came out a few months ago they did just what the woman said was turn the system on and walk away and didn't check anything and for over $100 that's not good service I would hope that they change the way they service my property. It seems that they are very comfortable with a DISGRACEFUL three star rating rather than trying to earn more stars and be more considerate of the customer. Now I look and the three replaced heads are refurbished and not new new heads that I paid over three hundred dollars for. These pictures represent the failure of what I paid for and did not get. My neighbor has "no" sprinklers and his lawn is near perfect. Unfortunately the company is run from the office and no one monitors the worker's performance. The Proof Is in the finished product!

I hired Gregory Davis/JGD Home Improvements to replace the foundation of my shed. The installation…read moretook place on December 11, 2025. Gregory initially wanted to drive his truck into my yard to allow him to get the construction materials closer to the shed. I was not comfortable with this, but made the concession of allowing him to put his truck in my (pristine) driveway, which moved the materials maybe 20 or 25 feet closer to the shed. This really was of minimal assistance (the shed sits at the back of the property that is 150 feet deep) which was actually pointed out to Gregory by Justin, his colleague, but Gregory wanted the truck in the driveway nonetheless. The truck had a liftgate on the back, which was lowered down to my driveway. After they had departed, I noticed that my driveway had been damaged, with maybe a 5 or 6 inch chunk that had been gauged out of my newly sealed driveway, which had only been sealed at the end of October 2025, so a mere six weeks earlier. I immediately texted Gregory and notified him of the damage. I texted pictures showing the area that had been damaged. I requested that he purchase/provide me with the sealant, which can be purchased at the local Ace Hardware, and I would handle the application. No response. I texted the next day, December 12, and sent an image of the sealant that I would need, just to make sure he had the correct product. I also called and left a message. I received a text from Gregory's admin, Cristal, who told me she would forward my message/photos to Gregory. Still no response. I then emailed Gregory (3rd attempted contact) on December 16 to inquire as to whether or not he intended to respond, but again, no response whatsoever. Complete silence. So while they provided the service they were contracted to do, the customer service is absolutely nonexistent, with no accountability whatsoever and no attempt to repair the damage they caused. Very disappointing, frustrating and unfortunate.
