Requested estimates on Yelp and received 5 with Green Leaves being the lowest. With no reviews on Yelp at the time, it was a little concerning but after communicating with Tommy, he eased those concerns. It turns out, Tommy and his crew do great work! The tree had a natural split near the bottom which was rotting so decided to have it completely removed. He arrived around 3pm and completed the work about 5 hours later. The work area was cleared of all debris and the stump ground and leveled out. His payment options include cash or credit card and once you are in agreement with the job and cost, he sends a contract for you to sign. In this case, he was actually able to start the works the next day even though the contract wasn't signed until late the previous night! They really know what they are doing and they are professional in their approach. Unlike many companies that are "self taught" these people actually have some book learning behind their extensive experience. So they are able to diagnose properly and treat, as well as provide preventative maintenance. I am pretty picky with my landscape people so I am not given to hyperbole. Since Broadleaf has been managing my property, it looks absolutely gorgeous and SO VERY HEALTHY. Oh, and they are seriously NICE people as well.
