    The top of Huayan Picchu

Knowmad Team, my husband and I must tell you that we cannot get Peru off our mind! You couldn't have selected a better guide for us. Maybe it was his rotation, or maybe it was something in our profile that you made a connection with, whatever it was, Neptali is now like family. Having the private experience was an honor. We have not experienced this type of service that the crew and Neptali provided. Rain, sleet, or a little snow did not stop our drive for the experience that was in front of us. Thank you for all of your efforts in making this trip possible. Thank you for providing us with such wonderful accommodations, and yes even the camping was fantastic. Thank you for getting us hooked on Peru and South America.

I wanted to buy a gift certificate for my kids and ran into this, "By providing your card information, you allow Rebecca to charge your card for futures payments in accordance with their terms." See highlighted text in the photo. They don't even tell you what the terms are that you are agreeing to when you authorized future payments. It all felt VERY scam oriented to me and I did not use my card. I am giving the recipients a Visa gift card for the amount of the tour instead.

I was so delighted that all of our stops were delicious and I look forward to going back to each of the restaurants. I had a food tour with another company (Taste..) the next day and today and while it was okay......... Your food tour was absolutely amazing informative, local, delicious, unique, and I am absolutely so glad that I went!! The guides were super easy to connect with and soo knowledgeable about the restaurants and the history of the area. A really special treat. Had I only gone out the other tour I would have missed out on what a fabulous food destination Minneapolis is. Thank you! Ps I will be sure to share this on yelp trip advisor and with anyone I know going to Minneapolis.

Mill City Museum - The crumbling courtyard was pretty cool to stand in

    - Mill City Museum…read more Mill City Museum was one of the highlights of my time in Minneapolis and is absolutely worth visiting. One important thing to know is that the museum closes around 4:30 p.m., so plan accordingly. I would recommend giving yourself at least 90 minutes to two hours. You could move through faster, but you would miss a lot of the history and displays. Admission was around $15, and it was completely worth the price. After purchasing a ticket, you receive a sticker with a scheduled time for the Flour Tower experience. When that time arrives, you report to the designated area on the first floor. While waiting, there is plenty to explore about the history of the mills, the surrounding area, and the enormous role Minneapolis played in the flour industry. I do not want to spoil the Flour Tower experience, but I will say this: it is absolutely worth doing. My advice is to sit in the front row near the middle. I happened to choose that seat by chance, and it ended up being the best seat in the house. The experience genuinely surprised me and became one of the first things I told friends and family about when I returned home. Afterward, you are taken to the top of the building, where there are excellent views of the surrounding area. You can see the Pillsbury Mill across the river, the Stone Arch Bridge, St. Anthony Falls, the lock and dam, the Guthrie Theater, nearby park areas, and portions of the historic mill ruins. Once you return to the first floor, you can also walk through and see the ruins up close. I spent about an hour and a half here and felt that was a good amount of time, although someone who enjoys reading every display could easily spend two hours or more. I highly recommend Mill City Museum, especially for anyone visiting Minneapolis for the first time. It is educational, creative, memorable, and one of those attractions that is much more impressive than you may expect going in.
