She was very informative and patient with me. I have sensitive teeth, especially cold sensations on the left side from a crown that I had put on me about a year ago in Farragut. Dr. Solly came in to inspect my teeth and cleaning afterwards, and was especially helpful, when he asked me questions about my sensitivity. He found out that I have not been able to chew on my left side of mouth due to a bad installation of a crown from a different office in Farragut, to which they tried to adjust it 3 different times, charging me for the adjustments along the way. Dr. Solly adjusted it, I went to a restaurant about 1 hour later, and VOILA! I could finally eat on the left side without any problem! I finally found the ONE DENTIST who is a GOD SEND! Also, Dr. Solly and his staff are very helpful regarding my boyfriends issues finding a dentist who is in his insurance network that has integrity. To date, he is still struggling finding a dentist who has integrity and my boyfriend is leaning towards asking to join Dr. Solly's office as a patient, because we both know that he is a SAINT! She then took my details, and when asked, repeated them back to me. She told me she would call me back... She didn't, at all.... and I'm left, in a lot of pain, to continue, phoning other dentists... They will tell you they accept all insurance, but that only means they will send in 'courtesy' claims on behalf of the patient. They do not reduce their rates to what dental insurance companies allow other than Humana. Be prepared for an extravagant bill if you have a few fillings, cleaning, X-rays, and a crown done. We will be finding a reasonable dentist closer to home.

This is the first & only time that I was told it would be an extra charge for MY supposed dentist to come in for 5 minutes. It was weird & off putting when the realization came that this practice was not just about dental health but also about maximizing profits vs. building relationships. After having the same hygienist for 20+ years & the same dentist for 10 (they both retired), it's a harsh reminder of how little my business & loyalty actually means in 2022. My hygienist was wonderful & I liked her very much. I look forward to seeing her again. Like my previous hygienist, I would follow her to another practice; I followed my last hygienist to 3 different practices.

No complaints on hygienists or any of the ladies up front. Dr. Eades was awful! He told me I needed work done and when I asked follow-up questions he walked out while I was talking. I asked the hygienist to please have him come back in to which I was told he doesn't like to have to come back in. He was even ruder the second time. I wanted to know which two teeth needed the fillings as he was giving letters and numbers. When I asked what those meant he told me "they're letters!" He continued to talk down to me (the nerve makes the tooth hurt, so you even know how a tooth works!) and left again when he was done talking. The sweet hygienist explained everything to me and answered any questions she could. Will never see him again!

Terrible Terrible experience. The partial they had teeth that were half the size they should be…read more You could not see my teeth when i smiled. The dentist didn't realize i had them in. They did return them for correction however, they heightened the teeth into the gums so the result were the same. They did not honor correcting them correctly and said i would have to pay for new ones. The dental assistant was the one who measured incorrectly and apparently did not know what she was doing. They marked on my face witj permanent marker then laughed about it. I have all evidence supporting everything I am saying, even a tape of a rude conversation with the incompetent dental assistant. I suspect they send their dental work overseas due to the inordinate amout of time it took to get impression plates, over a month. Beware Beware

Jen, their receptionist, answered the phone when I called to cancel my future appointments and get my file sent to another dentist. She was rude and didn't help with anything, instead she tried to get me to pay the bill on the phone with her. She said "we are in network with them but you need the PREMIUM plan". They knew that if they told me that, I would've went somewhere else, which I should've. She followed with "if you have a problem, you should talk to your insurance." I talked to my insurance and the were shocked that this dentist would keep that information from me. UPDATE: I went to a new dentist and I had no teeth that needed fixing, when Lynnwood told me I had 1 cavity and 2 other teeth that were bad enough to have to come in for. My new dentist said "I tried very hard to find that cavity and I couldn't see anything" and he said the other two were not nearly as bad as they said they were and they didn't need fixing either.
