I called and left a voicemail. When they finally returned my phone call, I was told they didn't know what had happen and would call to find out and "would call me back if she found something out." and I haven't heard back from anyone. My HOA hired this company because they were the cheapest, they put a down spout on my existing…read moregutter that drained into a underground pipe. I had flooding and nothing but problems after that, when another contractor fixed the problem they found long screws used where rivets should be, this caused leaves to snag on the screws inside the gutter, water to back up onto the gutter, flow down the soffit and into my wall causing my wall to swell and be ruined. The contractor handed me the screws as evidence and showed me what had been caught on them. You get what you pay for! Beware.
