To my dismay, I discovered that KOC had switched me back to the provider I had previously expressed dissatisfaction with. Upon contacting KOC, I inquired about the reason for this change. They informed me that I lacked the authority to select my preferred provider. This revelation has shed light on the circumstances leading to Dr. Ivy's retirement. I speculate that it may be attributed to the current operational practices of KOC, which differ significantly from their past methods. KOC's approach to patient care appears to be more dictatorial rather than empowering. By dictating which providers patients can see, KOC may inadvertently impact their health outcomes. Furthermore, the lack of respect shown towards patients' concerns is concerning. I guess I will be flying out of state again to see my doctors. Apparently, they have zero confidence in their patients abilities to make decisions about their own care.

Dr. Hennie is extremely professional and takes his trade very seriously. He didn't just graduate from chiropractic school and cease his education. He ceaselessly studies his trade and those related to his trade. He is not a money mill. Rather, he is interested in finding what is wrong with the patient and correcting it. His goal is not just pain relief, but overall wellness and health. Anyway, I could go on. But the only way you will know is to make an appointment. Over the last 5 years, I have spent a ridiculous (bordering on criminal) amount of money with orthopedic doctors and specialists.
