When I got there, I dropped off my car and it was super easy. You just have to fill out the sheet and he was even kind enough to also add on the oil change that I wanted even though they were pretty busy. It took just a few hours and I came back to pick it up and the cost was so much better than if I went anywhere else just to do one of those things. I will definitely be back. An hour later the job was done, they said they did the best they could straightening out a bent bumper attachment(hmm no mention to using those parts I paid for??). The end result was marginally better than before I brought vehicle to them. I sent before and after photos to the owner asking if this was the best they could do, but they didn't reply. Vehicle is a 2020 Nissan Rogue, and very clean with no previous accidents. Bottom line, if you have a lease car and insurance sends you to these guys, they are fine. If you are looking for real craftsmanship, I would not recommend them.
