So I agreed and almost $2,000 later I pick it up to drive home and the thing still had a shifting problem and it now runs rough, and leaks oil when it sits (it did not do that before) I called them, they said bring it back in. A few mo later when I got a trailer to bring it back, they then says I took to long to bring it back ( even thought I only had 5-6 mikes on it from driving it home). So I needed to pay again. They said they fixed it again and said it will leak if I don't start it once a month, why? IT didn't need to do that before AND DID NOT LEAK. It's still fucking leaking today and now is skipping when I start it, not shifting right and leaking oil. FUCK YOU CHROME IT CYCLES. THANKS FOR RIPPING ME OFF AND GIVING ME BS EXCUSES. Terrible Communication and Predatory Pricing…read more Early August of 2025 I had a deeply disappointing experience with the service department at BMW Motorcycles of Jacksonville. I visited seeking advice for seven (7) technical/electrical errors on my 1250GSA. The service agent was incredibly dismissive, refusing to even look at me or listen to the errors shown on the pictures I made from my display while I was explaining them. Without even a cursory look at the pictures and the notes I made, he quoted me between $2,500 and $3,500 for diagnostics, claimed it would take three days on the computer to analyze, and told me the earliest appointment was 6 weeks away. Fortunately, I sought a second opinion at RiderMarket Daytona in Ormond Beach. Their service was world-class: CUSTOMER SERVICE: With one word; OUTSTANDING!! They listened to what I had to say. LOGISTICS: They picked up my bike from my home in Jacksonville and transported it to their shop for free. EFFICIENCY: The entire problem was diagnosed and resolved within three days. FAIRNESS: The total cost was $34 all-in and a staggering difference from Jacksonville's $3,500+ estimate. The beginning of January 2026 I reached out to the Jacksonville dealership via letter to discuss this massive price discrepancy and complained about the arrogance of their service and repair staff, but I have received zero response. It seems they are as uninterested in customer feedback as they are in fair pricing. The service was so unfriendly that I would now much rather drive an hour to Ormond Beach than deal with a team that makes me feel like I should apologize for being a paying customer. It is a shame, as the time I bought my motorcycle there in CASH was actually a good experience, but they have completely lost my trust and future business.

Now what he fixed was already fixed. He had no real discussion as to what he was going to do prior. He rebuilt my fuel pump that I had already fixed a a whole other shop. Now today I go to pick up my bike that had a full tank and it's almost dry. I stop to fuel up and turn off the bike and now after it being " Good to Go " now it has either no fuel or no spark. Almost $1100.00 paid with good money for a papar weight and $120.00 for a uhaul to get it home. I work hard for my money and expect valid results like anyone else. 8 weeks wait for a 12 minute ride. $1100 dollars for 12 minutes of riding. I am absolutely disgusted with this experience. Good money at bad service. I am turned off of riding if I have to deal with " businesses like this and it has now ruined my desire to experience riding again.
