I would NEVER take any of my bikes here again. the whole thing was a nightmare. started out as a $500 job. then they said 1,500. but I had to pay for the labor they already did if I didn't want the work done. then when I finaly went to pick it up months later they wanted another 1,000 on top of that. 2,500 into a 2,000 dirtbike. and get this! the bike still doesn't run. brought the bike up there 4+ times and each time the tell me there's nothing wrong with it just for me to bring it home and it quit running after 15 mins. these guys are con artist plain and simple. read more

Don't use this shop for service. Is there a less than one star rating? I took my Sportster in to have a new pair of tires installed, when I left, I had absolutely no rear brake function. I've been an automotive technician for right around 15 years. I'm damn good at what I do. I figured I'd pay the 'experts' to do the work properly, like my customers do. After getting home and trying to bleed the brakes for about 6 hours I decided to look further into my braking system, the attached images are what I found. The rear brake had never been touched until I had it serviced at Favre Motorcycles. The primary seal in the master was completely shredded. The piston has a huge scar from being pressed in at an angle, which in turn damaged the square cut seal that works as the return for the piston and the primary seal had a small cut. I tried to get a couple of tires installed. Alex told me to drop it off. I told him I would be out of town through the weekend, but he thought I was going to be out of town for a couple of weeks I guess. I called the following week and he said he would call me bye the end of the day. TWO days later I called him and asked of he could give me an estimate of time and money. His answer was, "you said you would be out of town". WTF. So I went to go pick my bike up after leaving it there for two weeks and I could not get a straight answer. When I got there, they had already replaced the front tire (w/out any authorization) so I had to wait until they took that tire off and reinstalled my old tire. I think a lot of the problems came from Alex. He would not call me back when he said he would, lack of communication and very lackadaisical attitude about customer service. Kid has a lot of growing up to do. I am sure the techs do good work but its a shame I could not do business there and I wound up taking it to the dealer. read more

I called to try and schedule an appointment but Alex told me to come on in, the earlier the better . I tried to get there around 9 but my bike was giving me problems so I didn't get there until 11ish. And when I got there, I spoke to Alex and told him I need new front and rear tires, an oil change, and possibly a new battery. I also had an appointment at 2 that day. Alex told me he would get me out before then. So I sat and waited and they got me out around 1. They guys definitely did outstanding job! My '01 Honda Shadow was suffering from neglect--it sat too long and the carb got gummed up. They're known for that. Favre techs rebuilt the carb, scrubbed the gas tank interior, changed the oil, cleaned her up to sparkling, and kept me posted during the repairs. Then they field tested her and sure enough she rode like a dream. These guys treated my bike with love until she was back in the road. Then they gave me valuable advice on what kind of fuel and additives to use to prevent a repeat. Great guys! DEFINITELY recommend them and would call on them again. read more

I came here to get new tires. Alex was understanding and guided me in a good direction. He pointed me to medium grade tires for $330 on my Dyna Wide Glide. He also spent a full day detailing my Harley for $200. It was clear he treated my bike like it was his upon retrieval. He hooked me up and my total was $445. New tires, super clean detail, amazing. Harley wanted $560 just for the tires alone. I really feel like I got hooked up and will recommend this place to my friends. The service was exceptional! read more

Good mechanics but they will get your money, keep finding ways to up the price after dollar amount was agreed. Said handlebars needed to be machined for controls to fit , extra $150. A year later inquired about a Cam, gave me highball estimate, when I shot them down, they dropped the price by $500 and said they quoted wrong. This is a family owned bike shop!! I'm never going any were else for my bike repairs or maintenance again other than Favre"s shop. Very well priced and will save you money. I'm actually shocked at how good they are. They know what there doing and will go out there way to help you. They put new tires on my bike for $108. I brought my own tires in to the shop. That's a good price. I asked them to look at my clutch on the handle because it vibrates shakes going down the highway. They did not charge me and said that the would fix it up as best the could until they get some shims in. No charge! They cleaned my KN filter and I had to practically beg them to take $10 dollars for the extra work. The spent a good 45 min on the extra stuff I asked them to check out for me. The owner does not speak English but he is very friendly and knows his shit along with his mechanics. He also has Alex who interprets for him who is also Italian. You really can't go wrong the shop is huge and clean. Just check it out. read more

Brought my own tire ,tube and flap (front tire) found there was 49 pounds on front tire . The bike road like it was on rocks . Checked air pressure in manual and it called for 30 pound. All stickers were left on tire for me to take off. I also left bike for a valve adjustment. Bike had 20,000 plus miles. Manual called for adjustments at 8,000 and 16,000 .Triumph shop said wait till 20,000 miles . When I picked it up and saw bill it had bee re written to state valve inspection!!!! not adjustment . I asked what size shims were needed when cam shaft was lifted to adjust valves , they couldn't tell me. RIP OFF and will not recommend them to any one . By the way I even let them use my Mechanics manual that had all the specs for the valves and tire pressure. read more
