Instead of paying the higher fees to have new paint/new bumper/new fender, they simply reattached the existing bumper, treated the dent a bit to get the blinker back in place, and had it all done in a couple hours! What's astonishing is allowing me to keep the quote for a week and a half before having the work done, and he kept his word on the pricing even though I realized he could've charged me more! The quote was done promptly, while I waited and the estimate was fair. The work was completed on-time for the agreed upon price. They went a bit above and beyond fixing a prior (poor) rear facia installation that was not quite right and not their problem. Nicole runs the front office.
