He said I would have to pay a $100 fee if they didn't find anything wrong, which I basically was like, wait, I got a letter. However, he could have explained that in a much more polite way and been a bit more understanding about my situation. I swallowed my pride and went ahead and scheduled my appointment. When I brought it in, I was standing there waiting and an agent finished up with a client. The agent sat there for 30 seconds or more without calling me up. Then the phone rings and he answers it rather than waiting on me, which then took several more minutes. He was wearing an airpod in one ear while working with me and using lingo without explaining it. All this time, I can hear a woman at the service desk speaking to a client in a sharp way. For example, instead of saying, "May I please have your key?" she says, "Key?" I mean come on people, if you hate your job, find something else. If you can't say something in a friendly way, then either don't say it or pause until you can use a nicer tone. I do not intend to return to this dealer at all, neither for service nor for future car purchases.
