I also had an issue with downspout placement that led to damage and a safety concern requiring outside professionals to address. Two professionals indicated the issue appeared related to the gutter or downspout installation. I provided photos, documentation, and outside professional input, but the matter was not resolved to my satisfaction. There is no reason for a homeowner to create a dispute like this without cause. In my view, the installation created problems, damage followed, and the service did not match what I expected from a premium product. The company did not provide the accountability or resolution I expected, and I am now suing them. That lawsuit is a matter of public record, and anyone considering hiring this company should review it before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would not hire them again.

They were timely, easy to communicate with and the craftsmanship was perfect. The area around our porch was damaged, rotten wood and they removed old materials and added new soffits that matched our remaining soffits perfect. We are STILL waiting for the Carport to be finished. No response to text messages to the guy who was last here. It is ONE year since Contract signing. After I posted the last review, I got a call in a few minutes-- of course, nothing got done, but at least it was a response. I do still own the last 10% of the total-- I guess they dont care anymore. The Carport was improperly installed- there is NO flashing between the roof and the carport -- rain leaks the entire length of the Carport. 1st review-- July 2, 2025 Lanai and Carport. Contract signed in July 2024. It is now July 2025 and we are STILL trying to get this job finished. Permits were not submitted until Sept 2024 and the were REJECTED. The County gave explicit instructions to correct. It took until April 2025 before Permits were finally correct. Carport was built using an entirely different system than what we were sold. Failed inspection. Lanai, built by a different crew, weeks later, did pass. Another crew had to fix lanai. They demanded full payment even though we had had no rain & we wanted to be sure there were no leaks. First big rain-- BUCKETS of water on carport. Still demanding FULL payment- threatening to lien & or REMOVE the structures. The "repair" did nothing. I did make a payment & held back only 10%. They are still arguing about when it will be fixed properly-- there was NO flashing at the roof line. They tried to blame US for a new roof. (roof is 2 years old). Today, with no appointment, someone showed up, without a ladder, to LOOK at the problem & proceeded to YELL at me for being annoyed that it was not done. Read less
