After I handed it off, he called that same evening to explain in detail what the issue was and what steps he planned to take. The very next day, he delivered it back in excellent condition--and the cost was more than reasonable. I had come across a review where a woman expressed anger over not getting her laptop back immediately. What she failed to mention was that Dave had been hospitalized for two months and was unable to attend to his clients. He explained the situation to her, yet she still went so far as to call the police, accusing him of withholding her laptop. When officers visited the hospital and saw Dave recovering, they clarified everything for her. I'm writing this in case anyone stumbles upon that review. I want people to know that Dave is one of the most honest, professional, and genuinely kind individuals I've met. I highly recommend his services--you won't be disappointed. Maria
