    LOOOOOKING GOOOOOOD : )
    Cara P.

I am THRILLED! Other Toyota dealers said it was "impossible" to get the Toyota Tacoma in the color and package I wanted. Josh Rumble at Kotch made it happen. He and his GM went to work. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in. Josh gave me great updates and communications. It was the first time in a long time I felt awesome at a dealership. Josh really went above and beyond. Now I have an awesome truck at a great price. How can you beat that? You can't. I would gladly refer people to Josh and this dealership...I have already started! : )

Used car buyers beware. It is recommended if you buy a used vehicle from Koch 33 Toyota, that you bring a mechanic or take it to a shop and put the vehicle on a lift to inspect it. The salesman will not educate you on known issues of the vehicle you are looking at. I bought my truck less than 2 years ago and recently went in for an oil change. They then discovered this hole in my frame and quoted me $16k for a frame replacement. I was certainly taken back by this. I took my truck for a second opinion and they said, "this did not happen" in less than 2 years. I then took it to rust specialist who said, "this is more than likely 4-5 years old. He confirmed that by the amount of metal he had to remove to make the repair. (Which Koch 33 Toyota told me was not repairable). I spoke to quite a few managers and such, none of which were sympathetic to my situation. Instead I was given every rebuttal and defensive answer under the sun. I wanted to give them an opportunity to make things right before I made this review. I just got off the phone with Bob Bozarth, General Manager. Again, no sympathy and the ultimate corporate responses and defensive rebuttal. They also had to me talk to Mike Burock, finance director. He told me they want to help me and to come in. He handed me off to a salesman and had me test drive a slightly newer truck with even more signs of rust than my truck. While test driving, this salesman asked if I had GAP insurance and that Dick's Sporting Goods has mouth pieces on sale. Suggesting that I total the truck and collect the insurance. Not really in a joking mood at this point. Came back and talked to Mike Burock again. His solution was to trade in the vehicle and buy a more expensive truck to roll over $14k of negative equity into. This would turn my current $557/mo payment into $1,100/mo. "Well now that your truck has a hole in the frame, we can only give you $11,500 for it" All this being said after purchasing 2 vehicles from Koch 33 Toyota. We are nothing more to them but a transaction. Sell a car, on to the next. I gave them about 2 weeks to retain me as a customer. Finally was able to talk with Bob Bozarth, GM today and he was okay with losing my business and anyone else's business that may read this. I said I would settle for the cost of the repair, $1,500.00. Nope, you signed an "As-Is" disclosure, nothing we can do. Look at the pictures below and ask yourself if that happened in less than 2 years. BUYERS BEWARE!

James was my sales associate and I can't speak highly enough about how thorough and prepared he was. After purchasing the car, I noticed a leftover residue on the trim (likely from the detailing process) and within an hour James had already coordinated a service/detail inspection and followed up with me several times prior to that appointment. At the time of my service/detail appointment, Ethan was fantastic, walking through all the steps/process and keeping me updated of their plan. Rather than keeping me sitting around the waiting room, they got my lyfts to and from my home and continued to check in with me (even as far as sending me photos of the repair itself)! When I came to pick up the car, they inspected the repair with me to make sure I didn't have any other concerns, and went as far as to take my car through the car wash and top off with gas before I left, which I have never had a dealership (private or corporate) do before. Additionally, as part of my Maxcare plan, the repair was covered with no cost to me. I have owned cars through Carmax before from different locations, but they (and other local dealers) should take note of their commitment to customer service, hospitality, and going above and beyond. Truly could not have made any of the car buying and service repair any easier, and thankful to both James and Ethan for going a step above.

I bought 4 vehicles from them them, and sold two to them. I do all my service through them. I'd say I'm pretty loyal. Cory wismer talks to you like your stupid or don't know anything. I have a 2025 lobo, clean exceptionally clean inside and out. Hard to find, not a lot of dealers have them on their lot. Because you're owned by Koch and you have none as an organization. So who looks stupid now. When I pulled up at home then they came up 5k from what they originally offered. I'm not an idiot. Not because they're great, sexy, powerful, etc. but because they're reliable and having driven one for a decade, it's a known commodity. Recent Experience 1: Very much on a whim with buying the car here. Gently used two-year-old Escape Titanium with low miles. The process here is very straight forward. After my wife did the test drive and said she liked it, I made it clear upfront that we're not doing the four-square game and that if anything like that occurs, the transaction is done. Thankfully I was assured that while they did that at one time, current management supposedly frowns on games so basically when it comes time to talk numbers, it's kind of the price is the price. You get a single sheet of paper, period. stop. done. There was a little haggle over the price but nothing extreme as the price of the car was already more than fair for a top of line - all bells and whistles included model. I asked for a bit off and the sales guy had to do the theatre act of "going to speak with his boss" for approval but based on how he said it, again, it was theatre. Two pseudo downsides to this part. The first would be that because we started this process so late in the day (and finished well after the they would normally close) the car wasn't exactly fully cleaned off the way it should have been. A good bit of residual dust on it from the ol' cement plant down the street, the gas tank was maybe 3/8 full and some sticky residue left on the window from the sticker. It was late and they half-assed it. The other would be the F&I guy. Let's just say, he knows how to try and scare people into buying things they probably don't need. Very, very easy during that part of the process to add multi-thousands of dollars on to the purchase price. Of course, make sure, if possible, to have your own financing in place. Even if you have excellent credit, the "best rate" they'll get you is more than 2% higher than what you can find locally at several area lending institutions including the credit union across the street. Service: Overall, this part of the process is fairly simple. Go on their website, choose a time for service and then click some boxes as to what you want. Day of, it was about an hour for an oil change/tire rotation and the waiting room was deserted. That little ditty comes to about $130 but since we bought the car there, this one (and only visit) was on the house. Nice little doom and gloom video from the technician that gets texted to you after where he is recommending tires on a car with 20K miles that was bought there and has only ever been serviced there and at the time of the sale was never mentioned. Amazing! Big time swipe left on that recommendation. Look, at the end of the day this process is what it is. It's not enjoyable and I truly don't think you ever really win; you're just trying not to lose, badly. I will not be servicing this car here the same as we never serviced the last car that was bought here (distance + too pricey + non-realistic recommendations) and I hold no allegiance to ever buying anything in the future from here.
