Marshall and his team are always very respectful of our home, our time and our budget needs. They are always kind and helpful in recommending what we need, and beyond if they notice other things they can help with. they use a black light to spot any stains we didn't notice (we have pets), and a special enzyme solution to keep from the dogs wanting to use that area again. And they give you a life time supply of their enzyme solution to use for spot treatment! If you run out, let them know, leave the empty bottle on the porch and they'll fill it up for you! Our carpets always smell SO good and feel soft after they leave. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is amazing! If you need a cleaning done, book right away, because they are booked about 2-3 weeks out (they're very sought after, and worth the wait).

After a telephone conversation and a walk-through of the area to be cleaned, we agreed upon pricing, and my service was scheduled. My first visit to ladies came out and offered the deep cleaning service. I would expect with every visit. The next visit the same, two ladies came out and did an average job and left before I had an opportunity to walk through the area, and I was a little disappointed that somethings were left, either undone, or simply not cleaned at all. The third and final visit the ladies were at my house for less than an hour and left without cleaning floors, stove, toilets, etc. and I decided to move on from using their services. While I was offered the opportunity to have the crew come back another day. My schedule didn't allow for it and I was a little frustrated with the whole experience. I would suggest that you tread lightly if you use the service and ensure that expectations are clarified, including not leaving before a joint inspection of work is completed.
