I had a bathroom faucet with a leak. I first went to a big box home improvement store with off-brand parts that made the problem worse. The big box store also pushed me to buy parts I didn't need. So then I went to NPS. I told the employee behind the counter the brand of faucet I had and the problem and he did some research. He went back to their supplies and found something I never would have picked up on my own. Evidently Delta Faucets changed their design for the gasket/ball assembly. They had the exact Delta brand part I needed and it cost less than the big box supplies (that didn't work). I'm very glad I went here. He was also nice with my 3-year old who tagged along! There were several problems along the way the first being the lack of communication on his part which lead to a rush of the pouring of the garage floor itself. It also appears that the floor thickness itself was not met and has been cracking ever since. Also, he was overpaid to a mix up and has not refunded the difference. To this day I have called several times and he has not returned my calls. There are several cracks in the floor, the overhang floor and a couple already in the foundation itself. They also ended up pouring the floor just before it rained so needless to say it doesn't look great. I would research other contractors in the future more than I did this one.

The entire process was remarkable in that, unlike others, Dave kept his appointments on schedule. He personally inspected the roof and delivered a review of his proposal in tremendous detail. He has a warehouse with all of the material he needed for my roof, so no excuses about shipping delays, cost escalations or backorders. He promised a mid May installation and actually came a week early. He even got the building permit from the Town, which some other contractors seem to forget. His crew was well-prepared, setting up tarps to keep the old roofing out of the shrubs and lawn, got the entire roof (36 squares) done by around 4:00 pm. Clean up was impeccable. New gutters were installed a few days later by very knowledgeable craftsmen who made some upgrades that were much appreciated. I have no hesitation to recommend Dave Miner for your roofing and gutter replacement project. It's refreshing to work directly with the owner of the company.
