He recommended a particular approach and materials (but was amenable to customer preferences) and discussed pros/cons (options for a rain diverter; shingles vs tar or whatever the other roofing surface was). He's licensed, insured and a hard worker who arrived on time, then worked steadily all through the day. I had been told that my entire slate roof needed to come down...that it couldn't be fixed...that the structure would have to be moved...ect ect ect. Mitch Hawkins came in and said, "no problem!"
