I think the lettuce had frozen and then then thawed. After one bite, I decided to stop eating rather than risk food poisoning. The pizza was maybe a step up above Chuck E Cheese? My 5 year old did great but I imagine younger than 4 would have a hard time and even wearing a kid in a carrier would be difficult. If you can't do a cave tour at any of the other spots nearby, this is a great alternative!
