Our furnace was struggling to kick on in the morning and a service technician came out the same…read moreafternoon (Friday). At that time the furnace was running fine and the technician gave us an assessment of what he thought the problem was, however could not in good conscience make the repair because all was working. I requested he come back Monday morning, because that is when the problem occurred. Fast forward to Sunday 57 degrees in the house when I got up and the furnace would not fire. Called again and an on call technician came out, diagnosed the problem and made the repair. They also waived the service technician fee for the first call, and charged only the truck fee. Billing was very easy to work with. It was more expensive because the work was done on the weekend which could not be helped.
