At the end of the phone call she says that they are actually not taking Medicaid right now because they just got a new provider and they need her to get approved for Medicaid and that it was going to take a very long time. My concerns include delays in care, poor communication, failure to return management calls, referral coordination issues, and lack of transparency regarding requests for records and information.
