They will notify us when it's in. Besides hardware, they also have paint section, cleaning supplies, bird food, grills and a small post office inside. If you are not doing a huge project (building materials), this place is so convenient and you can find them quickly. I love Lowes, however, it can be difficult to find stuff.

We'd been by a couple times for random odds and ends, but after a recent trip experience, we felt we really needed to tout this spot. We stopped by on a Saturday after lunch just for some windshield wiper fluid for my lady's car, but she noticed a nice fire pit that we could use for our new back yard. The staff were all very friendly and helped us find the price. The price ended up being $149.99, which my lady and I couldn't resist, so we scored the last one with some extra goodies (fire wood, potting soil, and an extra house key). Two very helpful employees helped us bring the fire pit to our car. Unfortunately they didn't have a cover for said fire pit in stock, but we ordered one through them which will be delivered to this location at no additional charge. I have a really good feeling that we'll be regulars at this location. The whole staff are very helpful and friendly. This Ace is definitely the place for the helpful hardware folks!

I continue to come here over the big box stores simply because of the service. There's always…read moresomeone to greet me, ask me if I need any help, and then once they direct me to where I need to go, they get on the radio to let someone else know that I'm coming. It's really good courtesy and super helpful and the reason why I keep coming back. They have most things that I need and anything that I can't find here, I can usually go elsewhere. But the majority of things that I need are here. So plenty good selection for the most part! I get coupons in the mail so I also get plenty of value as well. Prices always seem to be fair and comparable. I definitely plan to make this my regular store for home needs and goods!

I then ask her since shes answered the phone and has me on if she could check stock for me and she put me on hold for the 2nd time.Female manager picks up and tells me they're closed and to call back tomorrow. I ask again since they have clearly picked up and have me on the phone could she just tell me if the specific item is in stock, to which she says shes doing paperwork and cant be bothered with my request and hangs up on me. However, one of the Customer Service technicians on staff withheld information about the current deals offered to AAA members. I requested the current Summer Deal for members and was told that was $15 off. (I paid $86.91.) However, after further exploration realized there is a Summer Deal for $64.99 that could have been offered to me and I could have gotten new windshield wipers as well. Add to that the fact that I was treated like an ignorant female when I requested a copy of the paper the technician wrote a note on regarding a problem they found during my inspection which is NOT listed on the inspection or in the notes on the digital copy I received. Apparently they don't know how to copy items requested. I will be contacting to discuss and also reporting to AAA.

One of four tires I purchased from the Western Hills branch in April, 2022, about 13 months ago. I had a tire fail and went into their store in Alexandria, Kentucky to get the tire replaced. They told me because the tires were 13 months old they would not give me a new tire but instead give me a replacement tire at half price, charging full price for mounting, install and road hazard. Which including installation totaled over $130. I left and went to Walmart and paid $115 for a new tire with hazard warranty. When you add this to the fact that the Western Hills branch lied about the price they were going to charge me for tires when I bought them (saying they were $164 installed on the phone but when they were really $250 each) you should run, run from these guys.

He was very…read morecordial and helpful and made sure I received the splitter with the automatic return lever even though other units were available. What a time saver that was. I thought my job was going to take about four or five days. The time it took was only two and a half. The splitter was in good shape and started on the first pull every time. Quite a back saver. I have been renting from them for over 25 years and will continue to do so for many more. Ed H
