    Loaded nachos - brisket
    Cat T.

Based on the reviews, I had really high expectations. The customer service is great, food was quality but the taste was not there. I got the 3 meat plate with brisket, ribs, chicken, coleslaw, and potato salad. There was 2 slices of thick brisket, 2 bone-in chicken thighs, 3 ribs. I love brisket, but this was a bit dry and super salty. There is a great crust, yes, but it was way too salty. The pieces were nice and thick though. The ribs were soft and tender, but again too salty. The chicken was good but kind of small. The coleslaw was on the vinegary side, which I did see other reviewers mention but I wasn't expecting this. It didn't taste like slaw anymore, more like a tangy cabbage salad. The potato salad was good the first few bites then it become overwhelming bc it's heavy in the mustard. I also got the loaded nachos with brisket. The portion was not worth $22. BBQ sauce was basic. I also came right when they opened but they weren't ready and some items weren't available until later. If I had known, I would've came an hour later. I know everyone's taste is different. But I was just expecting it to be better based on so many rave reviews. Left feeling disappointed.

My family tried this new bbq place called Jonah Bees bbq located on Baseline Rd. The ribs, burnt ends, ox tails, and pork belly were all delicious. They were out of brisket so it made it difficult to not double the meat..The wait was about 45 minutes. This business accept credit cards and cash. I overall give this place 4 stars .

Found out about this food truck on instagram! I've been craving BBQ for some time so decided to check it out. It's located right next to the high school and Walmart. There is street parking available where the truck is. We pulled up at almost 4. There were a lot of people in line. We waited about half an hour in line. The line does move very slowly. Some people got fed up with having to wait and left. Once it was finally our turn, we decided on the 2 meat plate with loaded fries as a side and cowboy beans. For the loaded fries, we had asked if we could make it a side for the 2 meat plate. He said yes into a mini. I thought that was nice. For our meat, we chose the ribs and the pork belly. Total came out to $47. We received a buzzer to let us know when our food would be ready. It took 10 minutes. Our food was put in a takeout containers and a bag. The presentation of the food was good. The ribs and pork belly were very smoky, it was very good the first few bites but afterwards it got to be a little too much. I did enjoy it regardless. The loaded fries were my favorite. They were a mini size and topped with peppers, brisket, sauce, and cheese. They were great! I would definitely come back!

This was what was remaining as an end piece. Plenty of meat they do not skimp on this.

I had a craving all morning for Tacos, specifically street tacos. I was driving around the Rialto area and started to come down Willow and Baseline near Walmart where I saw Jonah's Bees barbecue. I've seen this truck here many many times but I have never stopped. I decided to give it a try and let go of the taco craving. Thank goodness I did! Not only was there amazing and courteous service, but I got something super simple and it is absolutely delicious. Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese. I'm not too much of a barbecue sauce fan, but I tried to dip my pork pulled grilled cheese sandwich into the barbecue sauce and oh my gosh it actually made it better than it was already. I will be coming here again and with all the inflation, I would say their prices are reasonable, especially for the quality.

Two meat plate and chicken sandwich - everything was so good!

Found this awesome locally owned food truck at Olives Market via their instagram and wow what a gem this is!! Darn good BBQ and great service!! We tried the chicken sandwich and the two meat plate with brisket and pulled pork. Our sides were coleslaw, potato salad, and of course mac-n-cheese. All the meat is cooked to perfection - the brisket was tender and perfectly smoky - same with the chicken. The pulled pork was a tad overdone so it was a little too soft - but definitely still delicious and would get all of this again. The sides are just as good - flawless potato salad and I loved that their coleslaw was more on the vinegar side than the sweet side. I prefer it that way but if you're looking for a sweet slaw, this isn't for you lol. The mac-n-cheese was the clear winner amongst the sides of course - you can always tell if a BBQ spot really knows what they're doing by their mac-n-cheese and Jonah Bees is delightfully creamy with perfect cheesy flavor! Prices are kinda high but the quality is definitely there. Their food truck bounces around the SGV and IE and the schedule is easy to find on their instagram page (@jonahbeesbbq). I found it via the Olive's market instagram page and love that they go there bc Olive's has awesome desserts and everyone is so friendly. Highly recommend both!

My ol' friend Josh and I are on a mission to find tasty eats in IE. Last night, we checked out a food truck in Rialto that serves bangin' BBQ. Their tender brisket made my night and the spicy sauce they served on the side did not play with the heat! They were out of mac 'n cheese when we arrived so I settled for potato salad and coleslaw. Both were light bites and not slathered with mayo thankfully. Fries were a lil' salty but that's an easy fix. Made with love and flavor.. what more could ya want?

Everyone should try this spot! Good and delicious bbq. Fries can use a bit less cheese but over all I'll be coming back to try the pulled pork.

I was influenced by social media to stop by here. Everyone was raving about the brisket grilled cheese sandwich, so I had to give it a try. They took their time fixing the food it wasn't a long wait at all. The fries were fresh the sandwich itself was soooo good and filling! The BBQ sauce on the side was a good touch. Don't change anything about this sandwich nor fries. I can definitely see myself getting this often.

Barbecue chicken, mac & cheese, and potato salad

I just wanted to say thank you again. Even though you were sold out, you still took the time to make me a sample plate, and everything was -- the chicken, mac and cheese, and potato salad were all amazing. I really appreciate you looking out for me. I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much,

I have been wanting to try this place for a while since I had seen a few food pages I follow recommended them. I am sorry I did not check them out sooner. Everything I tried was super tender and packed with flavor. We got the brisket sandwich and pulled pork grilled cheese. As I said before both meats were melt in your mouth tender and went extremely well with their house bbq sauce. The grilled cheese may be the best grilled cheese I have ever had. I have to find out what they put on the bread so I can start making them at home. I also really appreciated the fact that they used both traditional American cheese and another white cheese to give a slight twist to the nostalgic flavors. Overall, this spot is a must try if you are out in the IE.

I've tried Spirit of Texas in Glendora, Domestic in Covina, obviously Lucille's etc. Hands down this was the best BBQ I've had! The pork belly burnt ends were the best, literally melt in your mouth! They season the hell out of all the meats, chicken was so good too! Price was expensive as all places but worth it, they were in San Dimas in front of Olive's Market

My first time coming here. I Just took my first couple bites, foods great love the brisket the potato salad and mac and cheese ! Great service guy was cool lots of parking I'm sure I got lucky.

They've been in that location for 19 years but first thing to know is there is no dine in option and if you blink, you'll pass right by it. You walk in, there's the order/pick up counter and a couple chairs to sit in to wait for your order, a jukebox that says "do not touch" and a soda fridge. But don't fret, the ribs are worth picking up or having delivered. Fresh, succulent, "cut it with a spoon" tender and meaty ribs. Very good sauce covering everything and I don't say this lightly. I usually eat my ribs sauceless or with just a little to dip in to but not this time. All my fingers and half my face got sauced and I didn't care. The sides were as noteworthy as the ribs. Delicious, moist, cheesy homemade (or good as homemade if it was store bought) mac & cheese and baked beans cooked to perfection. The only things that held up the fifth star was 1. Their sliced beef. It was fatty and drenched in bbq sauce like they were hiding their sliced beef shame in it, 2. The service was slow. I called in the order, was told 15 minutes, I arrived 30 mins later and they hadn't even started putting the order together. I ended up waiting an additional 15 mins while they prepared the order, and 3. Their hours are a little selective. Make sure you check the hours on the day you go. All of this is forgivable though because what they do right, they do RIGHT!! And they definitely do ribs right. Sorry, I failed to capture any pictures.

I had high hopes for this place, but was disappointed, big time. I ordered hot links, beef ribs, macaroni and cheese and greens on my visit about a month ago. To be honest, I didn't care for anything I got... the ribs tasted like they were made in an oven versus on a grill and were not flavorful. I was not a fan of the barbecue sauce as I like more of a brown sugar, sweet smokey flavor which this sauce did not have. The hot links tasted like big Slim Jim's which was a no for me. Mac & cheese and greens were subpar as well. Everything was just lacking IMO. It could've been just me because I saw many people coming to pick up their orders and leaving with bags of food. But I was not impressed and think Lucille's has better BBQ. Sorry Westside.

Texas Roadhouse has moved its takeout service to a dedicated pickup area outside the restaurant, making the whole process much faster and more convenient. I ordered my steak medium-rare, and unlike previous takeout orders where it would end up medium or even overcooked by the time I got home, this time it was still perfectly medium-rare, juicy, and exactly as ordered. That alone made a big difference. They also included their famous fresh rolls, which are always a nice bonus and never disappoint. I tried the Texas Chili as a side for the first time, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It was loaded with meat, rich, flavorful, and hearty. I ordered Beef Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Tri-tip, Pancakes, and Asparagus. Tri-tip The Tri-tip was the best I've had. He was even able to get it medium-rare per my request so I was pretty impressed. Whenever I order Tri-tip, it's been difficult to find a BBQ place that gets the smoky flavor well penetrated into the meat, but Wilson's was able to do so. Beef Ribs These Beef Ribs were the best I've had in recent memory (Bludso's/Rub45/Phil's BBQ). Very smoky and super juicy. Fat is rendered so perfectly. Not fall off the bone (which I hate) but just enough tug--perfect. Baby-back Ribs I'm no BBQ connoisseur, just a big fan, so forgive my layman's language. This is easily one of the tastiest baby-back ribs I've had, but it's not my favorite. This seems more like a competition style baby back rib, very similar to the type that Rub45 produces. I like my ribs super smoky, even "over smoked" if that makes sense--with an extra dark bark. The Tri-tip and Beef ribs were so smoky so I'm pretty sure the "lack" of smoke flavor in the ribs was on purpose. It's hard to describe, but all these quality BBQ guys obviously really know what they are doing. But for some strange reason, I've been noticing that the Baby Ribs in particular from these quality BBQ guys are always noticeably less smoky than all the other meats and have a much sweeter glaze. I would prefer a much smokier and savory flavor. Cornbread Pancakes I'm a huge, huge fan of these pancakes. If I had to guess, these were cooked in a cast iron pan. The pancakes are very dense, but in a good way--they will really fill you up. I really loved the texture and taste. There was this place called Kick Back Jack's in Claremont, Ca where I grew up that offered cornmeal pancakes and I've been looking far and wide for something similar. This is way better and I'm so happy I've finally found a place. Asparagus My wife wanted some greens, but I ended up eating most of the tray. Very delicious. I ordered a ton of food. I have a very young child and a wife who barely eats. I was able to finish mostly everything by myself. I am really excited to order from Wilson's BBQ again. He said that he can accommodate smaller orders from time to time if he is given enough notice so that's super awesome!

Don't want to be sweating while you're eating. Coming from highland/redlands, I am happy that there is a ayce kbbq spot in close proximity. Starting with cons: the parking is absolutely terrible. Parking spots are cramped and there's simple not enough spaces, especially during peak times. Pros: now as a long time ayce bbq lover, I understand that red castle quality is not top tier and I don't expect it to be when I go. I view red castle as an affordable joint to get my brisket and beef belly fix, which are the only two items that I basically get. It's odd reading about others experience with service, because every time I go, the service is always fast. I don't need to ask for the grill change because they are fully staffed and consistently checking in. Sure, the hospitality could improve a little but realize what you're going in there for. To stuff ya face! If you're coming here and comparing this place to other kbbq joints, you'll surely be let down. But to enjoy ayce protein for ~25 bucks without having to clean and prep a solid meal, many would realize the true gem that is Red Castle. I remember when their ayce was 13-15 bucks when they opened. Those were the days. I'm also glad that they allow single dining during the week. Not something that I'm able to take advantage of most of the time bc of work but I'm glad it's offered. To all the kbbq snobs (I'm one of them still). Go pay 40 for ayce somewhere else and be happy. Red castle is my go to for a quick fix that is close to home and affordable.
