Amazing chef preparing and cooking the good food and never like fast food. My whole family had a scrumptious brunch yesterday! This time I had the Al Pastor Booorito. Oh my very flavorful and so much filling that all their burritos honestly feels like you can work out with it to be weights. Even my sons were surprisingly amazed at how heavy the boooooritos were!!! I honestly haven't tried any Mexican food from any food truck... but this pink one got my attention and now I am a regular customer plus my familia. Came here for a late night snack, discovered this location through Yelp! When we got there the vibes were super cool, its right in front of a club called Souldies and there was music and some people hanging outside also interested in the food! We were able to order quickly and got our order shortly after! The BEST PART is the MEAT IS ALL THROUGH THE FRIES!!!!!! They not only put it in top but as we were eating, we saw there was also asada mixed into the fries which is awesome!! Crunchy fries with well seasoned shrimp, carne asada & topped with what tasted like chipotle sauce, some chopped tomatoes and cilantro sprinkled with lemon ,,,,,,it was amazing. Breakfast burrito's tender juicy carne asada and rice was very delicious. Must have chef's special salsa and add a little bit of lime and you have a perfect start of the day meal. Huge giant Al pastor and chicharon was no less enjoyable burritos as well. Seasoned just right. Not too salty and not bland either. Don't forget the drink. We got pineapple and mandarin jarritos. Just wondering how good chile relleno will be if they include it to their menu. It is one of my sweetheart's favorite, and maybe beef soup? or albondigas? My top two sopas on my list. Can't deny the best service you can get. Very warm, friendly and accommodating. They will entertain any question and pitch in their recommendations. Makes you feel comfortable, at home and at ease. Plenty of parking available. Bench seating available just a few feet away. Food truck is parked on the north east corner of Riverside Ave and First st Monday thru Saturday from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm or earlier when they're sold out. I've tried a lot of places and most of them are good but M&Y Boorrito is on top of my list right now. Will definitely go back and try other stuff on their menu. read more
