We took a cooler bag with frozen gel packs to get it home and they put our cupcakes and pastries in plain brown boxes (like that of in and out burger) that don't account for the height of the treats, so the boxes won't close completely. I asked about it but they had no alternatives. The lady serving us also tried to overload one box. I had to ask her to separate them and they still didn't fit. The end result was that by the time we got home, 3 were smashed, the boxes already had several marks of the treats soaking all the way through. This is specifically why I asked for a proper cupcake/pastries container because otherwise part of the frosting/treat oils are lost in transit making for a bit of a dried out texture by the time you get to try them. (For us, only about 55 minutes) This place is excellent if you plan to eat right away.
