Thankfully, the staff was beyond incredible. To make our first visit even more special, they surprised us with complimentary appetizer samples and shaved ice! (Both were delicious) Such a thoughtful touch that made us feel so welcomed. We ordered the miso broth with beef, dumplings, and tons of fresh veggies, plus a green tea to go with it and WOW! Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and so comforting. I'm already planning my next visit because I have to try the spicy broth! My favorite is getting the dole whip twist! The service is usually friendly and quick as well. The only negative experienced I had was during my most recent visit. An employee was taking our order and helping us at checkout, her male coworker chose that moment to point out that she had put something back wrong. There is a time and place for that type of conversation, and I don't think it should happen in front of customers.
