I had a Rx to get a nebulizer machine such as is used for asthma or COPD. Unfortunately NE Med pharmacy couldn't provide one (wtf?) and Kubat made it extremely difficult even with a valid script (for the machine itself, not the medicine). I didn't want to wait a couple days to get one from Amazon so I tried Kohll's on 50th & Dodge and they were extremely helpful. Boom done. I should have started with them first. They even threw in an extra mask piece. Highly recommend to save yourself some hassle in this situation. read more

Back on August 6,2024 I went to Kohll's Pharmacy at 5002 Dodge Street Omaha, NE 68132. Renee was the best she helped me get the braces my doctor requested and 2 Vive Knee Ice Wraps they are the best I've ever bought! I wasted money buying supposed 8/h ice packs what a lie. And even more wasteful ice packs before those, NO MORE! I will trust Kohll's Pharmacy for all my medical supplies. Thanks again for all your help. read more

I'm giving 3 stars because they did have a good selection but the guy who helped me does not have any customer service skills. I felt I was putting him out. I drove there on very slick roads and no other customer was in the store. I don't believe he even said thank you when I made a purchase. There was a lady there that was nice. Im very upset about a a product i recieved and service. My Dr. Sent in a script for compression stockings. I was measured and the stockings were put on me. By the end of the day they were falling to my ankles. I really dont think they are suppose to do that. I asked about a refund , the company who sells them to kohls dont give refunds back unless the stocking is damaged.. like a run. The toes were closed and they look like something a clown would wear. Sticking out 2" from my toe. They said come in and they would remeasure. And this was not medicare, i paid $50 out of my pocket read more

My husband was diagnosed with cancer and has a complicated medication schedule. Other pharmacies wouldn't help me with setting up a mediset or delivering meds when we needed them but Kohll's did. Kohll's has been a lifesaver! They put together the medisets so I don't have to worry about when to give him meds or how much, help me track refills so my husband doesn't ever run out, they contact his doctors when refills are needed and deliver his meds even in bad weather and are always willing to answer questions. I never have to worry about his meds and I am grateful to Kohll's for that. read more

Kohll's is your classic neighborhood pharmacy. It's the type of place where the staff remembers your name and goes out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. While I'll always miss the soda fountain they ripped out several years ago, I still go here for my basic pharmaceutical needs, including flu shots and various off-the-shelf fare. And free coffee in the back. Gotta love the classic building its in as well. If you live near Dundee, steer clear of CVS and Walgreens and make Kohll's "Cris" Drug your pharmacy of choice. read more

My son had an order for oxygen. Kohll's had the order, but never contacted us to schedule a delivery. I didn't know who was to bring it, so I called my son's doctor to inquire when oxygen was to be delivered. I was told the order for oxygen was placed with Kohll's. Kohll's sat on the order and never called. When I called to inquire, I was told they were waiting on me to tell them when I wanted a delivery. An oxygen order seems pretty prevalent and should be expedited when a patient needs oxygen. Why did Kohll's not call me to schedule? It was of no importance to them. My son passed away the same month he got his oxygen. He really needed it, but no one seemed to care. I called Kohll's to come pick up the oxygen. I was given a window of 11-5 for pickup. The day was scheduled and Kohll's was a no-show. I called and rescheduled, again, only to get another 11-5 window. The day was set and, again, Kohll's was a no show. I called the third time and stated I would not accept another 11-5 window and demanded a specific date and specific time for pickup. I was given a date and time of 4:00. The pickup person arrived at 6:30. All of this communication was over a six-day period. A total of five phone calls and waiting for 14.5 hours for a pickup is ridiculous. If you need medical supplies or equipment, I suggest going elsewhere. I cannot justify giving even one star because a person needs oxygen, so neglecting my son when you had an order doesn't award anything positive. However, this negative review won't get posted without giving one star which is undeserved as "not good" doesn't describe sufficiently. read more

I just went to get my lymphedema garment. I was told that it had to be approved first (I understand that) It was called in on 3/11/20. I received no phone call that I would need to wait for a call that it was approved, then go to a totally different location to be fitted. The person in pharmacy delivered this news as though it's okay to waste my time and no apology was given. This is the third time I've had issues!!!!! Unprofessional service. read more

I would kindly suggest that you don't sent a prescription to this pharmacy if you are hoping for it to be filled. We had our doctor send in the prescription and a week later the prescription was not filled. The staff provided a lot of reasons as to why the order was not filled and then said if they had ordered the prescription it would have only been the generic not the product that was needed. read more

This place is terrible! My uncle passed away and only had the stair lift for less that a year and they would not take it back. It's still pretty new and they would not even help me over the phone to take it back. They like to screw people over...especially the elderly. I hope to NEVER deal with them again. read more

I find this to be a wam and pleasant experience as opposed to the big chain pharmacies. Small enough to know repeat customers' name, but still are competitive on prescriptions' pricing. At least on the three I get each month. read more

I stopped into today, Sunday August 2, 2009 to exchange an elbow brace. I went to the counter where I purchased the brace for the exchange. The pharmacy tech yelled from across the room that the counter was closed and what did I need? She was rude, abrasive and wholly impatient and unkind. Her attitude was that of someone who was hungover and didn't really want to be at work. (Her hair didn't want to get out of bed either.) I will not go back into that store and I will tell everyone I know not to spend any money there. read more

This pharmacy misplaced my son's prescription medications. When the pharmacist coud not immediately locate the meds, she told me she had done all she could and it was my problem!!!! She suggested I call the other kohlls pharmacys to try to track down the meds. I returned home, contacted the director of all kohlls drug stores and complained, The meds were located in the store where I had originally gone less than 30 minutes later. The pharmacist was rude to me and blamed every one else for the mistake when I was finally able to pick up the medications. So much for cusomer service! read more
