Earlier in the afternoon you may be surprised for fast service, even reps at the bay waiting for you to park after you said you were on your way. But here and there they have mixed up customers' orders. Sometimes they may be on phone calls or listening to music while working with limited conversation or a goodbye. Again, no one is perfect and mistakes happen, but they were very kind when assisting us when these issues came up. We ultimately had to call the 1800 line to get help because the mixed bags were lost and probably on the way home with the mixed customer's things. This is a quiet store in the mornings and early evenings, but can get more smoking, loud music, loud customers the later the evening gets, so be wary.
