We were not planning on going through Men's Warehouse after that - we decided to try one other location and we headed to Coon Rapids with out fingers crossed. We made an appointment, my fiancé said the employee who helped him on the phone was very nice, helpful, and reassured him his experience would not be negative. The SECOND we walked in, I felt a breath of relief as not one, but two kind staff greeted us. One of the staff, Laurel, took us to a table that was set up with all of the things we needed to make our decisions and browse options. Laurel, aka our saving grace, was incredibly helpful - would not change one single thing! WOW! Whoever managed this location needs to give this man a raise! He totally knew what he was doing - pulling styles, colors, and fitting my fiancé. Previously at Roseville location, we didn't get any help browsing, deciding, or figuring anything out (literally at all) but we felt supported each step at our appointment with Coon Rapids. Laurel knew where everything was and made things so easy! This man needs to train others to do things exactly how he does because I would not change one thing! We were in and out within 45 minutes, picking out a tux for my fiancé and suits for 7 groomsmen. Dare I say it was even fun?! We highly recommend Coon Rapids location and will send out friends that way. I also find it a bit disorganized, there are things on sale throughout the store, but then there's also a sales room in back. The store itself is clean (like there aren't clothes thrown about the store, things are tidy), I just think there's better ways to give your customers a better shopping experience. I love Duluth Trading as a brand itself. Though expensive, you get amazing quality, and pieces that'll last you much longer than other brands.
