I love Kohl's, and shop at this store all the time; usually with great satisfaction. However, my recent experience was very disappointing. I purchased a bracelet that was on sale for 30% off. The sales price was prominently displayed near the jewelry. When I checked out, I was charged the regular price. I pointed out that it was on sale, but the sales associate told me the sale price was not linked to her system. I offered to show her the sign stating the bracelet is 30% off. She declined. She poked around on her computer, and finally stated that she would go ahead and honor the sale price; and that my card would be credited the difference. I checked my credit card 2 days later ~ no credit from Kohl's. I then went to the Kohl's website and looked at the bracelet. It was still 30% off. Kohl's needs to do a better job linking their system in stores to the sales prices. The amount of money I'm talking about for this bracelet is very small. Therefore, I didn't bother to go back to the store to get the refund I was promised. But I wonder how many other items are being advertised on sale that are not ringing up with the discount? You can be sure I will be paying close attention from now on when I buy items on sale. And I won't leave the store without a resolution. That was my mistake. I have usually had nice interactions with the sales associates, but I have to say, this time the associate was not helpful or friendly. It was evident that she was irritated with me for questioning the price. As much as I love Kohl's, it left a sour taste in my mouth. read more

I've reviewed more than one Kohl's in the Valley and I can tell what they all have in common; they are all totally understaffed and a level four disaster on clothes thrown about. It's like entering my teenage daughters bedroom when you walk into one. Here is the exception to the rule! This location is well organized with plenty of staff willing to help you rather than run the other way when they see you. Everything, and I mean everything was well folded and put away after customers browse and casually toss items of clothing unfolded back onto the shelves, or randomly dropped and left in the shoe aisle as only Phoenicians can do. It's super easy to get on and out of with plenty of parking and of course the prices are great. This place is a flagship of what a Kohls should be and the rest of the stores throughout the Valley should take notes. read more

Clean store. As in most retail stores in this market, not enough staff to keep things neat all the time. But decent prices. And usually fast checkouts. I'm not a fan of the Kohls cash concept, but on the rare occasions that I use it, I appreciate it. read more

This was okay. Similar to other Kohl's Stores. The staff was friendly at the cash registers, the floor staff was a little short staffed it seemed. When I was looking for assistance, I didn't see anyone in sight. (usually, I tend to be happy wandering around the store without needing assistance, but this trip I wanted help with an item and could not find anyone.) I ended up not making a purchase of an item that I was looking for. But on the bright side, I found a bunch of other stuff to spend my money on as usual. LOL I like the selection of clothes, shoes and household goods here. If you catch a good sale the pricing is fair and the quality of the items are good. read more

This location is cleaner and more organized than other nearby locations. My only wish is that they would stock more women's clothing in small sizes. Most of the choices are abundant in large and extra large with very few small choices. Associates are friendly and helpful, and as a corporation Kohl's provides amazing customer service, especially with returns. read more

"Guess what?! There's a sale at Kohl's!" This is the running gag between my parents. There's always a sale at Kohl's. And not just a lame-assed 5%, but 15-20$% off. Google for printable coupons before you go. Sometimes they also hand out coupons at the store with your purchase, for your next visit. Their Return/Exchange service is quick and friendly, and the dressing rooms were very tidy. I shop for clothes here every year when I visit. Granted, my taste in clothing is a bit unusual, so clothes shopping in chain stores is a challenge. But somehow I always manage to find stuff I like at Kohl's. They carry a range of designers, from "trendy" names (snicker) like JLo and Lauren Conrad to more basic Croft & Barrow type stuff. There are almost no skirts sold in this store, except for a couple of generic business skirts and some gynecologist-friendly miniskirts by Candies. Overall though, it's still worth checking out. read more

I'm "testifying" for the three Kohl's store I've shopped at for ten years or more. Kohl's is priced at the midlevel, has great quality, terrific sales, treats their customers with respect and greetings, and take backs are easy. I am an older woman and I love being able to use carts to shop easily and safely. Before finding Kohl's shops, I shopped at Macy's, Penney's and Nordstrom . Kohl's, I love you and highly recommend it. read more
