This is one of my absolute favorite stores to shop. I come here a few times a year, load up a cart (or 2) every time with discounted clothing and shoes! That being said, it saddens me to lower this store to a 4 star rating. The last time I shopped here, it seemed that the workers here stocking the racks and shelves could not be bothered. Sizes were all mixed up. The swimwear section was a nightmare to shop. Women's swimwear separates were completely mixed up. Tops and bottoms all mixed up on the same racks with children's swimwear mixed in! I literally wasted over 1 hour of my shopping time here just sorting through swimwear trying to find anything that matched in a size small. I gave up and went to a completely different part of the store. Pretty pathetic that the Buc-ee's in Goodyear had their swimwear and clothing all organized by sizes and here everything was mixed up! A gas station was more organized than this place! The same thing with some of the clothing sections....sizes all mixed up. You had to look through every piece on the rack just to find the size you were looking for! This is unacceptable given the nature of this store. The customer is doing you a favor by purchasing last season's items and moving your product off the shelves...you, the store, should have the sizes organized at the minimum. Another issue I had was that the workers here that were bringing out new racks of clothing to put out on the floor were constantly in my personal space as if I, the customer, was somehow in their way. Seriously! They'd be wheeling out a rack and just about mow me down and start speaking in Spanish right next to me...as if I don't understand enough Spanish to understand that you're talking about me and not saying very nice things... Another problem was kids running amuck in this store. Maybe implement some policies about kids in this store? There were multiple parents here shopping and allowing their kids to run all over the store. Ill behaved children that were bumping into other shoppers, shopping carts, hanging and swinging on clothing displays, playing with shoes, the list goes on and on. A newer problem with this store is the re-seller madness. I don't have anything against re-selling or re-sellers in general, but when you have multiple people pushing their way through the doors at opening and loading up carts filled with the exact same style of discounted designer shoes and not leaving 1 left for any other shopper, maybe it's time to implement some restrictions. I hope my next shopping trip here is a better experience. read more

I don't want to give this place 5 stars because I'd like to keep it a secret but this place is great!! Prices are great and greatly reduced from the store. Most times the store is packed with lots of items to select from. Other times you can tell it's almost time for a new batch. We love this place! read more

Dillard’s Clearance Center - Men's Clothing Near Me - Casa Grande, Arizona

I went into the Dillard's Clearance Center by accident, thinking it was a regular Dillard's store. Since I'm preparing for an upcoming trip, I decided to go in and see whether I could find anything worthwhile. This is not a true Dillard's experience in my opinion. The quality of the clothing was very disappointing and did not reflect what I normally associate with the brand. The store felt cluttered, and much of the merchandise appeared cheaply made, with low-quality fabrics and poor construction. While the pricing is lower, the items felt more like fast-fashion pieces being marketed through a secondary outlet rather than discounted versions of Dillard's standard offerings. I personally prefer fewer, higher-quality pieces. Dillard's is known for better fabrics, cleaner cuts, and stronger structure, and I would rather pay more for something that holds up over time than buy items that feel like they would not last beyond a wash or two. Unfortunately, that level of quality was not present here. The overall environment also felt uninspiring and somewhat depressing, which made the shopping experience less enjoyable. This location did not align with what I look for in clothing or in-store presentation, and it is not a place I would choose to shop again. If you are expecting the traditional Dillard's quality and experience, this clearance center may be a surprise. read more

I'm not sure why there are so many unfavorable reviews for Dillard's Clearance Center. We had such a great experience there last Sunday. We were driving back to the Phoenix area from Tucson and decided to stop, since I had a Dillard's gift card that was burning a hole in my pocket. I refuse to pay full-price for clothes, so I had waited to go to this Clearance Center. The one that I used to go to at Phoenix Metro Center had closed. The Casa Grande store is clean and laid out to look like a "regular" Dillard's department store. There are also clean restrooms, which is great for a pit stop between Tucson and Phoenix. They must have just gotten a shipment on shoes in because there were so many shoes! They even had shoes in my size (9.5), which is a harder to find women's shoe size. I ended up buying two pairs of sneakers at a great price. They sell cold bottled water for $1.50/bottle at the cashier. We bought two bottles, which was a delightful treat on a hot summer day. The staff working the cash registers, floor, and on security were all very pleasant. I can't wait to go back to Dillard's Clearance Center in Casa Grande next time I'm in the area. read more

Dillards Outlet Casa Grande AZ Clearance Center have always provided excellent customer service and a great selection of items. However, within the last several months the price of the women's shoes and some clothing are the exact same price as the Dillards Store sale price this is unacceptable for a Clearance Center where I expect to save money. I can buy from Dillards at the Mall and not drive 70 miles roundtrip to the outlet. I am a dissatisfied customer. read more

Ehh it's not what it used to be. They don't do extra % off deals any more and the majority of the store is 65% off like any other Dillard's clearance in their regular store. The store itself is very large and there is a great selection of brands including Free People, Ralph Lauren, Dr. Martens, UGG, Perry Ellis, Tommy Bahama to name a few. In my opinion their men's selection is much better than the women's selection. Was able to find some items marked at $9.95 that were a final clearance. It is a bit of a drive even from the East Valley but may be worth it if you're trying to update your closet or buy gifts. Staff is very kind and the store is very clean and organized. read more

The store is clean and very well laid out and organized. The staff has always been kind and helpful. Do not expect a total mess or a disaster area that one would like other discount retailers. The bathrooms are also clean and stocked with essentials. I always find a great deal and enjoy shipping their dress selection. I particularly enjoy the $9.99 clearance markdown deals on the dresses and the $14.99 shoes. Often the stock is slightly off season but honestly - I'm there for the deal! You never know what you're going to find. I can wait a month or two to wear something for a great price. read more

Thank you Dillards for not having good sales any more, you're saving me thousands of $$ per year. I used to come and take advantage of the 40-60% additional off their already marked down prices, or the buy 1 get 1, or even the fantastic buy 1 get 2 free bargains. Ever since they've changed their sales I've not had to spend a dime here. For example, they advertised a "sale" on select dress shirts for $7.99 a few weeks ago, so I was a little excited to check it out, and drove over an hour down there, only to find out there was 1 sad little circular rack of about 15 pink and green dress shirts at the $7.99 price. Needless to say I left empty handed, I'm not fond of bait and switch phony sales, and I'm telling everyone I know how horrible Dillards Clearance Center has become. The great news is I'm saving thousands I used to spend here annually, thank you Dillards! read more

NO REFUNDS? I had several items ready to purchase from your store and then asked about your return policy. These items were intended as a surprise for my wife since we are going on vacation soon. I reluctantly gave up several items not knowing for sure if they would fit and left with only two items I was pretty sure were going to be ok. That left me to go somewhere else to shop since I couldn't take that chance of something not working out for her. I actually found better deals, but that's not my point. I find it difficult to understand why any business would not accept returns... under conditions of course. Even a fastfood restaurant will give your money back if you didn't like it. The Dillard's Clearance centers used to be really good. They had the 65% off and then would run an extra off, sometimes up to 80%. I know they stopped doing the great extra off deals. I took my 2 daughter in laws down for Black Friday thinking they would have great deals and they were no different than any other Dillards. We got stuck in traffic on the I-10, so I definitely will not ever make the hike down to Casa Grande again. read more

Showed up on a Friday evening at 645pm. All the doors to the inside were LOCKED. We tried several doors while the security guard inside just stared at us. Apparently closing at 7pm means closing early. read more

What a nice store...I wasn't sure what to expect. The service was great. I met a woman who worked in cosmetics who was THE friendliest salesperson I have ever met. She explained the uses and benefits of the products I was interested in and introduced me to other. Not once was she aggressive or pushy. She knew what she was talking about and her recommendations were perfect. The rest of the store was also very friendly and everyone went out of their to help. The beauty department is amazing! Everytime I need to buy my 3 step Clinique products or a new perfume, Devan and Ty are soooo helpful! If you need a new scent, go to Ty. He has found me a few new perfumes, which I'm in love with. Both Devan and Ty are super helpful when it comes to Clinique or Clarins products. They've helped my skin look amazing! The only issue I have is a manager that works there. I don't know her name, but she's blonde. She always follows me around while I'm there and speaking with the workers. It's really strange and she needs some bias training or something. Other than that, I love this Dillards. Ty and Devan are amazing!!! read more

Went in to the local Dillards with my wife so we could buy her some tops and some perfume. The lady at the counter was very nice and polite. She showed my wife several samples. Then a big security guard came up and said I had to leave. He was very rude and trying to intimidate me and my wife. He said Dillards has a strict no firearm policy (I carry the same pistol i did in The Marine Corps). There is no sign posted anywhere that firearms are not welcome. If there was I would have left mine in the car. Never going back. read more
