The store manager, Tom, seems to know what I want or need before I tell him the exact details. He's very knowledgeable. If you can't find it here, they will order it. If there is one thing I could change, it would be to lower the prices just a tad. I can't always afford (or wish) to buy two of an item just to get a price break. Also, the hours have been cut back a little but that's easy to work around. I am giving it three stars because of the customer service we experienced on the day we went to pick up the tux. Obviously it's prom season so the line to the fitting room was out the door. We don't take dances very seriously so we just went ahead and bought it without trying it on, knowing the young girl (Patience, I think?) did a good job measuring last time. we went up to the register and a male employee looked at us and said "not trying it on is a terrible idea" with a lot of attitude. I understood that he was just trying to help but it felt pretty unnecessary. When we got home to try on the tux, there was a few minor stains on the jacket. Like I said, we really didn't care too much and we're fine with a few flaws, but I hope we don't get charged for the damage that was already on the coat as soon as we got home.
