Can lightening strike twice in the same place? Not normally but damn, have I lucked out with stuff at this Kohl's. Same premise as last time. I needed new kicks (man I hate that term) and remembering that last year I had some really good luck here I went to the well again. Low and behold they still had the exact same style in stock, in store, on sale, with the ability to add promo-coupon-discount codes and by using the old lady's Kohl's card there was another discount. The email came an hour later to come on down and pick things up. The only hiccup came when I got to the customer service desk in the store as they didn't have the order at the desk so someone had to be dispatched to find where the shoes were. Two minutes later shoes in hand I took off. I would rather core my eyes out with a melon baller than go shopping but if you have do it and if you know exactly what you need this system from Kohl's works exactly as advertised. read more

On 4/12/24 ordered 3 pair of shorts for my husband and paid thru paypal. Shorts didn't fit and I took them back to Kohls (live & in person) for a credit. The return desk asked me if I accepted "Kohls Cash". NO. I paid in real money and I want real money back. I was told to call and request a prepaid return labe. No Kohls doesn't do that (40 minutes waiting for a person). I paid $ 15.65 in return shipping. I received a letter from Kohls dated 4/26/24 stating "here is your receipt with return amount details". I was NOT credited. I received fake Kohls Cash. What a scam !! Surprise Kohls, I just filed a dispute with paypal and I WILL WIN !! read more

Went around 9:30 pm on a Friday evening , George in the show department went beyond expectations helping me find the sneakers needed and they were in the wrong. Ox, help by making a new box so I could buy them. Great customer service. Need more employees like her. read more

Kohl's is a great place to shop. People who don't have anything nice to say about this place should keep it to themselves. Are you perfect? No. Most places are understaffed and overwhelmed with workload. Cut people some slack and be patient. Try putting yourself in their shoes and realize maybe the don't have the best life but are doing their best to support their family. How'd you feel if someone bashed you about your job and your performance. Probably not too good. Just remember that they are doing the best they can so we can buy things we need and want. I worked in retail as young adult and I know it's not easy being looked down upon. Please try to be nice and maybe compliment someone rather than complain. Ugliness isn't clothing so why wear it! The older women at the service desk has no customer service skills whatsoever. The line was long and she took 15 minutes to help a women that was obviously lying about having purchased 2 bras there but she continued to check her cc account back 6 months and, of course, didn't find the purchase. She then offered her a credit anyway. Then it was finally my turn. I received a defective bra that I had taken the tags off before I realized it. She refused to look it up even though I had purchased it in the last few weeks. (Keep in mind that she searched 6 months worth of transactions on the other person acct.) I had to tell her that she needed to give me the same curtesy as the last customer and check my account. She said that she couldn't invade my privacy by doing that. It's obviously not the first time I have ever made a return so I must think that I'm an idiot. While this continues for a while until I got really upset then she finally looked it up and found it in less then 2 minutes!! After that I was livid so I found a manager. I found a white haired man that must have trained the associate in customer service. I told him what happened and he had the nerve to ask me if she took care of the problem. I told him that she had FINALLY resolved it but he missed my point entirely. He then dismissed my concerns again and aske if she fixed my problem. I told him that since he had totally dismissed me and didn't see an issue with the way I was treated I would have to let others know what horrible treatment I received. It saddens me because I have shopped at Kohl's for many, many years. read more

I recently called Kohl's customer service hoping someone could help with a mistake I made regarding an Amazon return, and was blessed enough to have Kara answer the phone. She (cheerfully) spent a lengthy amount of time going through the many Amazon returns received throughout the afternoon until she found mine. She not only solved the problem but also gave me $5 in Kohl's cash for MY inconvenience, even though the problem was caused by me, and the inconvenience was all hers. Kara saved me a lot of aggravation and provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. At a time when good employees are hard to obtain, I hope Kohl's realizes how lucky they are to have her. read more

Great store! I purchased a few lounge chairs on clearance and they gave me a discounted price since the same chairs in a different color were marked less. The manager was great and helped bring the items to the front of the store. They are friendly and reliable. read more

I ordered an item online that I wanted to return to a store. On the Kohl's website, it said that I could do this. They said they provide "hassle free" returns. I went to the store, provided a coupon. They gave me my refund, no questions asked... Minus $6! Apparently they charge a fee to return an online purchase to the store! Their "hassle free" returns page said nothing about this! This review is for the "pick up" in store. I placed my order Mon. Feb. 22nd. Website clearly states orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next day. Okay, fair enough! Then it says most items ready within 4 hours. Okay, so I will give them a day or two. Hear it is now Fri. Feb. 26th & I have heard nothing. I actually live closer to the Kohls in Phillipsburg but the same thing happened to me twice last year. I thought maybe switching stores would make the process easier but I was wrong. I just called customer service who repeatedly apologized and could give no explanation as to what has happened or why I was not notified. Initially I was told it was in fulfillment. Then he asked did I go to the store yet. Um, no. Why waste my time/gas to drive there without receiving my notification. After a brief hold I was told that all of a sudden it is ready for pick up. I'm done with this so called "easy" pick up. Both Phillipsburg, NJ & now Easton, PA location have failed. No customer wants to chase their order. I will shop elsewhere. read more
