why as I'm in the store to checkout the line is long and not many registers open and also I go to a overhead that says "checkout" but told I can't checkout and have to go another line which didn't make any sense. worst clothing store I've ever been to. read more

Well let me start off by saying their help line sucks they couldn't find my order number and my name for my order. I ordered a fiesta were gravy boat from kohl's and it came in a plastic bag no bubble wrap nothing to protect it at all now I have a gravy boat in a million pieces I will never order fro Kohl's again. I hope in store they will help me better then these people on the phone that can't even speak proper English or understand what I'm trying to tell them. They asked me three times, "is it broken and sorry but we can't find it", "is it broken well that name isn't showing up", "how did it break!" Omg these people on the phone drove me mad and I don't get mad easy at all I hung up after talking to a supposed supervisor who was even worse then the first person I talked to. Although the customer service was good, the store was disorganized (one of my pet peeves). At least a couple of employees were straightening up. I was returning a shirt for my son and getting him another one. The prices are a bit high for me, especially for the clothes I like. I decided not to buy myself something. I can go somewhere else and get it for a lot less. I was on the search for a nice dress or blouse. I don't think $30 is cheap for a blouse. Maybe $15, $10 would be even better. My son's shirt was $21! That's quite a bit for a dress shirt he's probably never going to wear again. He might but I doubt it. He had to wear his Sunday best so it's fine. The first shirt was bought for him by a relative. I paid $7 more for this other shirt. I had to switch it to a long sleeve shirt. I've always liked Kohl's but was disappointed with the prices and lack of organization. They said a lot of the items were marked down. They were but I felt like it wasn't enough. I'll return especially if I get Kohl's cash or a gift card from someone. Other than that, probably not very often. I like real bargains and Kohl's isn't bargain enough for me. read more

I used to shop here frequently but as of lately their inventory has diminished tremendously. I hadn't been here in months and I went about 3 weeks ago and the store has many empty spots, I was very surprised. Ordering online is easy and fast, so l will continue to go that route. read more

Very long line to pay , more than an hour, they have free wifi, so I'm here filling this review while wait on line, the lady behind me just told his daughter she need to sit, is funny people is not buying much, just a few item, so, why the line is moving so slow, yesterday I went to Walmart Alameda and they even mark with tape the lines, this store need a new manager, who think on the client, we have a life, one advice bring a headphones to listen music and don't bring child's, this is a nightmare, the people is behind me told another store where they make on line just a10 minutes, here filling every year is the same, next time will buy online, I will make about 2 hours on line. read more

Kohl's - Half of line to pay, in line already more than an hour. - Department Stores Near Me - EL PASO, Texas

This review is solely based on how their staff did NOT assist a 71 year old woman with her purse being stolen from the dressing room. It is not a reflection on price/products. When a tiny, senior woman comes to staff concerned that her purse, along with ID, credit cards, car and house keys and a $100 Kohl's gift card was stolen right out of her dressing room, they should offer to immediately help. She was brushed off like her time didn't matter. They did not offer to check surveillance video, and told her to look around because people steal money out of the purse and leave it hang on a rack. She went back the next day and explained how she felt treated like she wasn't important and her situation wasn't dire. She had to rekey her house, car and alarm systems because the thief had her address and keys to everything! KOHL's also told her they would have issued a new gift card has she purchased it directly from them instead of at a 3rd party (I believe her husband bought it at the military PX). Kohl's just lost a very loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars per year at their stores, and I'm happy to take my business elsewhere. read more

Great place to shop! This is the by far the best Kohl's in town. Friendly associates and managers. Everyone is always willing to help. If you don't have a coupon, don't worry, they always find a way so you can save. If you are not a Rewards member then you have to sign up. read more

This kohls offers military discounts, not all if them do! I came here with a friend to help her find professional attire. They have an awesome selection, casual or formal! Some items are pricey, but you can find a lot if nice things on sale! And to top it all off, if you have a hard time finding the right bra size, they have a huge selection! I actually found my size for once! Oh, and be sure to peek at their jewelry department, their disney watches are too cute! read more

i visited store on weekend feb 8 2020 , the customer service was one lady she also acting as cashier ,were almost 10 one line customer service did not smile few other employee walking around when I asked one employee is return and cashier all one customer service she asked the customer service as if she dose not know and she replied to me , I felt that those employers were pushed to come to work that day, or some sad event had just happened , i did not want shop anymore but I had cash back so I just spend it so i don't go back , as I ALWAYS LIKED KOHL'S BUT NOT AFTER THAT DAY read more

What horrible experience when it comes to the staff there. Waited in line for almost 30 min and was told I couldn't use the $5 coupon because it was now past 1pm. Got a manager and instead of him helping, he argued with me in front of the other customers embarrassing me. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Don't recommend this place at all.
