You can order coffee, tea, pastries, and items like elote or in my case loaded Doritos. The loaded Doritos were a medley of flavors: peanuts, queso, cucumber, jicama and more all in one bag! I called up and the young lady I spoke to was apologetic but I understood, we are human and people make mistakes. I asked if the shoe was still there and was prepared to go back and pick it up but to my surprise, they offered to ship it to me overnight! Wow! Great customer service! The only drawback was that we had to carry our merchandise out ourselves without a store bag, unless we opted to pay an extra $10 for a plastic bag! Very disappointing because we had to carry the dolls and two bulky hoodies. We had no choice but to lug everything back to the trunk of our car. It would be good of them to notify customers upon entering, but, of course, that would be a major setback for them.
