I have actually never been inside this Kohl's before. It's a lot cleaner than the one on the southwest Fort Wayne. They have a lot of clearance racks and everything just seems very well organized. Have been a loyal customer for years, have literally spent many thousands here! Had a 40% coupon weekend of 8/24 and also $30 kohls cash. Ordered a new coffee pot, applied coupon & cash, checkout showed roughly $68 owed. My credit card bill was $155.14! The coupon & kohls cash didn't apply! I called, their customer service said return it to store, which I did. They didn't care at all, said sorry that happened, didn't offer at least the kohls cash back. I had printed each email showing the kohls cash & the 40% coupon, but they didn't care. They will no longer have my business, my $'s will be spent elsewhere. Let's not even talk about how long it takes to check out either, definitely gone downhill. read more

After shopping for an hour , and filling my cart with over 1700 DOLLARS worth of clothes for my kids, of which I needed all of ... I had to wait for my wife and children to arrive at the store, At which point I told the manager and employee that's what I was doing so they wouldn't have to wonder why I was standing in their store . They proceeded to block all entrances with an employee and manager , and follow me around the store, which I could have dealt with and understood in todays climate with everyone struggling . HOWEVER, They consistently gave each other updates on my whereabouts and what I was doing loudly over their radios. They made sure to tell each other I was taking pictures, what they didn't know was they are videos of the atrocious behaviors that I was privy too as a CUSTOMER . A customer who was spending probably 4 times as much , at least, as a normal customer . Unfortunately I had to end up telling my wife and kids to go home and not come in , even though we needed the clothes because the temperature dropped over the last 3 days from 75 to 50 degrees . I refuse to let my kids see their parents treated that way , or god forbid even have my children have to be treated that way. So unfortunately today (the following day) my children had to go to school in 50 degree weather in shorts . Lynn and her team did not hide the fact they thought I was a thief, Whatsoever. Even speaking loud enough in the ear pieces that all the other customers stared at me as well . I have never experienced this sort of treatment and I'm not sure if this is standard practice or not. So , at this point, I'm not sure why I shouldn't post their behavior on social media so that others too can avoid this kind of treatment, as I don't believe any honest customer spending 2000$ of their hard earned money should have to endure this . However , I do not believe in blasting others identity all over social media for safety reasons . I ESPECIALLY don't believe in sharing information about others that could risk their safety or their livelihoods , as this doesn't seem right . However , if a solution isn't came to so that nobody else has to look like and be treated as a thief in front of 60 people and their family , I'm not sure why I shouldn't take action to ensure others dignity, pride, and safety. On top of that I'm not sure why, since they were so proud of their actions , that they shouldn't be shared with others . I would love to hear back about whether or not this is the way all stores operate under the kohls brand , or if this is just the way they operate when higher management so clearly doesn't have a grasp on the associates and assistant store managers that are helping their customers when they aren't present. My husband and I visited Kohl's 12/3 to finish up some last minute Christmas shopping and purchase some shoes for our kiddo. I'm normally an online shopper, but my kohl's cash wasn't accepted online, so we had to make the trip to Fort Wayne. The lines were unbelievably so long, no exaggeration here, they wrapped around the ENTIRE store. Kohl's had TWO cashiers open, YES, TWO cashiers open in the ENTIRE store checking people out. We had to stand in line for over an hour. I am having a major surgery on Tuesday, or else I would have put the shoes back and let the 20.00 Kohl's cash expire.We seen so many employees standing around huddled with one another chatting. Ridiculous. I will NEVER ever again support Kohl's! read more

Weird store. I never come here for jack. Not a friendly face among them here, staff isn't overly friendly and a bit rude. Customers here act kind of strange for some reason. I came here awhile ago for a return on an Amazon item. The lady who does the Amazon returns wasn't very friendly, looked like she doesn't like her job. THEN GET OUT! Idiot. Everything here is cheap china made stuff anyway. Won't be back for sures. Place sucks. The lines get long here and I bet the wait time is horrible. read more

Service was lacking. All but one dressing room was closed. Long waits and longer lines on a slow afternoon.

I really like Kohls products and ease of shopping online with in store pickup makes it easy. As far as the store it's long over due for a makeover. The carpet is dingy and the ottomans in the Jr section have been around for years. Nasty. Checkout is really slow especially when they try to encourage every customer to sign up at checkout for their credit card or pay their bill. ETA- Thank you for responding! Hopefully they will address the cleanliness of the store. read more

I used to love this store and the awesome deals they have. Lately though I've noticed the lines of brands they are carrying are more expensive as they are becoming more known designers. The store is usually very busy. It seems it's getting busier too. The lines at the registers can be horrendous. Long enough to wait for 30' at certain times of the day or week. Lack of employees seems to be a new thing as well. And the The addition of online ordering and I store pick up makes the return line a little confusing. The store itself is usually clean except for the shoe dept and the dressing rooms. The shoe dept has paper stuffing and boxes all over. Stray shoes on the floor, you name it it's there. The dressing rooms have leftover unwanted or ill fitting clothes left in the room instead of at the unwanted drop off spot. And that drop off spot maybe overflowing as there is a lack of employees putting them away. Empty hangers on the floor or seat, you name it's there as well. I don't even try on clothes anymore I wait till I get home now because it's that bad. The quality of clothes seem to have declined as well. I get all sorts of pills on my tops after washing. I have purchased a de-fuzzer to take them off. I have started shopping less there and when I do I try to do it online. Because yes I am that online return and pick up person. I have to say it is easier than going to shop in the store. read more

Great deals and great help for a huge place. It's really really big and it may be hard to find help, but once you get some, they make sure you get what you want. And you can't beat the prices and the coupons. Yes they have great deals which makes the place busy. I'm surprised I'm the first review for this store since I know it's been a Fort Wayne staple for years. read more
