I came here on my lunch break the other day, and it was fairly busy, so I asked how long the wait would be. A man told me someone would be right with me. He told a coworker (older looking lady with a mean RBF) I needed help, and she scoffed at him and began arguing with him. She asked why he couldn't help me, but the man clearly had 3 other people he was helping. She glared at me then went back to chit chatting with another coworker for about 20 minutes. This is when I decided to leave. I returned later after I got off work around 8pm. The old man with the nasty slick back hair told me they don't do measurement and I wasn't allowed to try anything on. I left and went straight to Louie's Tux Shop where I was actually treated with respect. My wedding party of 10 groomsmen will all be taking our business and our $$$ fat wallets $$$ to Louie's. Men's Warehouse has the worst customer service I've ever seen and this place needs to be shutdown and condemned for the rest of eternity. I don't even know how they get any customers at all. They lack all skill of treating anyone with the least bit of human decency. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. read more

I had a scheduled appointment at Men's Wearhouse for a tux rental, but the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the store was very busy, so I asked the cashier how to check in for our appointment. Instead of giving a professional or helpful response, he rudely waved his hand in the air toward a group of people gathered for measurements and said "as you can see there are lots with appointment." We went over to that area, but no one acknowledged us or asked whether we had an appointment. Meanwhile, other customers who came in after us were greeted and helped before we were. I never heard mention of an appointment, thus the impression was most, if not all were walk-ins. After waiting 10-15 minutes, and feeling completely overlooked, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Mind you, the tall, older gentleman manning the register was just standing there watching. We went to Louie's across the street, and even though they were also busy, they were friendly, welcoming, and acknowledged us right away. We chose to go back the next day and had a far better experience at Louie's. The staff had us in and out in 15-20 minutes! I've used Men's Wearhouse in the past for business attire, but after this experience, I won't be returning. I waited prior to writing this review and I read other reviews to see if my perspective was in alignment with similar experiences. I'll cut to the chase, there are opportunities to improve, but we received quality service and a quality product. My sons are professional men, as such, they each required a tailored suit as they move into their respective fields of expertise. My oldest was the first to purchase his entire professional attire here. We were not warmly welcomed into the store, and it took a few minutes to be greeted, but once we did get service it was excellent. He opted for a traditional blue suit. He was fitted and we welcomed suggestions about shirts, ties, shoes, and socks. We allowed our service expert to guide our choices and make recommendations. I suggested the blue, and we all greed and worked from there. We purchased our items, and had some tailored fit. The seamstress wasn't the most cordial, but she was professional and quite knowledgeable about where a hem should sit and the fit across my son's broad shoulders. I wouldn't hesitate returning. The money my sons spent here was well spent. read more

I have shopped at Men's Warehouse stores since I was in high school, not this particular one but others. I was doing black friday shopping while in Fort Wayne, and since I was in the area I came to this store. Disappointing experience. Small store, limited selection. Trying to get the attention of someone was difficult, was waiting a long time for someone to even ask me if I needed help. I get you guys maybe more busy than usual, but it wasn't that busy. Anyone who knows me knows that I hate clothes shopping. It's like going for a root canal. But today I had one of the best shopping experiences. I would like to say thank you to the Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Trey. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I got out with everything I needed in just twenty minutes. My husband went with our 18 year old son to rent his first tuxedo this month! I was excited that he would have the opportunity to experience his senior prom after a year of pandemic living. He was fitted, and we paid over $230 for the rental. My son picked up the tux on his own, but my husband advised him to try it on to confirm fit which he told me he had done. Yesterday was prom, and when my son came downstairs his pants were obviously too big! He explained that he told the fitter at Men's Warehouse the same thing when he tried it on two days before but was told by the professional that they were supposed to fit that way! They gave him a 38 sized jacket, with a 37 inch waisted pants (that they claimed could be sized down to a 32 inch waist but I did not see possible). I realize that my son should have been more adamant about their fixing the problem; however, we were all under the impression that we were dealing with professionals. Bottom line, I had to pin the pants and when my husband took the rental back today all we received was an apology! I will never go back to this business and want to pass along this information so that you do not make the same mistake by renting a tux from them! read more

I was not greeted for the first 10 min I was in the store. The people there were rude and unfriendly. I was told they couldn't order a tie for me. I called the Men's Warehouse in Battle Creek Michigan and they were happy to order 4 of the same tie so I could pick 1 of them out, since the pattern varies slightly because of the material...Someone should come in and teach customer service 101. This place sucks and I will be sure to steer people clear of their establishment. read more

Everyone in this location is awesome! Very helpful and friendly. They work very well as a team. The only thing is a guy named "Trell" who's a Steelers fan, I didn't know Steelers fans exist anymore...that sucks for him (lol). All in all they all seem great, kinda like a "Party Crew"! Rodney is the Store manager, if you have a problem just ask for him he'll take care of you (or kick you out! Lol jk). Great store to shop. read more

We ordered a custom made suit from here. Our salesman was pleasant and polite enough. However we noticed that he did seem to push his own agenda trying to sell us their in stock suits even though we were clearly interested in a custom suit. But that wasn't really what the big problems were. For one we called in a couple times to see if the suit came in because we were wanting to get it in time for an event. The person answering the phone wasn't very interested in helping us since they said a shipment came in but said his suit wasn't in yet. Apparently because they couldn't be bothered to go look. We had to push until they did and ended finding it with that shipment. Then when we went went to go have the pants hemmed, we were told that the tailor was in and could do it while we waited. Well apparently she was just about to get off work and wouldn't do it. So we drove 40 minutes and wasted a trip. Then his pants ended up ripping on the back seam even though they weren't tight. I called and was told by the manager that if I brought them in the tailor could fix them while i was there. So today i called to make sure she was in so as not to risk a wasted trip again. Said she was there. Drove in just to be told that she wouldn't touch them unless we dry cleaned them first for hygiene reasons. The manager never said this on the phone. He's only ever worn the suit a couple times and always with underwear and they think they are going to catch the plague from them or something. Im not sure how fixing a pair of pants that's only been worn a fee times is any different than tailoring the in stock suits that have probably been tried on dozens of times before. So once again i drove 40 minutes each way for a wasted trip. Im probably going to end up fixing them myself just so I don't keep getting the run around from them, but they should have been the ones to fix them on principle. The only reason im giving two stars instead of one is because the custom suit looks nice and fits well. But the customer service was awful except for the salesman that sold us the suit. read more

Was not greeted when we first entered. Sarah then ordered us to sign in. She was very rude! Brought my son here for a fitting. Would not take measurements until the groom 'authorized' what he was supposed to be wearing even though she asked me specifics. When I told her she needed to work on her customer service skills she didn't acknowledge her attitude or apologize. If this wasn't where the bride party was already registered I would have walked out. read more
