When I was here to pick up an order, the place was very clean and bright and well organized. Even the place where we pick up online orders was neatly organized, and this way I saved on shipping. Not short-staffed like other Kohl's and unlike Target the workers don't run away from me when I have a question. I think maybe what I liked most was that the employees seemed happy, however I did walk in 20 minutes before closing. read more

Rude and Unprofessional Service from Store Manager I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Kohl's location at 8750 W Sura Ln, Greenfield, WI. As soon as we walked in, we were confronted by Cam, the manager, who immediately told us that no dogs were allowed. I explained that my dog is a service dog, and under ADA law, they are allowed in the store. She asked for documentation, and I informed her that no such documentation is required for a service animal, and I reminded her of what she is legally allowed to ask me. She went on to claim that my service dog wasn't allowed in the store because "other people were shopping" and the dog could potentially poop or pee inside. This was both insulting and uninformed. Despite explaining again that my dog is a service animal, she insisted that I leave. At that point, my boyfriend, knowing the manager was wrong and being unlawful, found the lipstick I was looking for and insisted I follow him. Cam then rudely told me I could get that one item but needed to leave immediately. She followed me closely, which felt like an intimidation tactic. To make matters worse, Cam filmed us as she followed behind. When we began filming in return, she pretended to straighten clothes but then took her phone out and started filming again. When I asked her to repeat her name for clarity, she refused. She also wouldn't provide me with the Kohl's store number. Despite her attitude, she made sure to check us out at the register. When I first asked for the manager, she exclaimed, "I am the manager!" in a super snide way. That's really disappointing behavior from someone in a leadership role. I was so upset by how she handled the situation that I began to shake. A manager, of all people, should be aware of ADA laws. Shame on Kohl's for not making this a priority. People with disabilities should beware of this location. I will also be reporting this to all agencies that deal with ADA laws in hopes of protecting others from experiencing the same unlawful treatment. read more

I don't think they have enough time or staff for cleaning. However, the customers could do their part. Dressing rooms were full of clothes- on hooks, on the seat, on the floor. It looked like my bedroom when I was 12. Racks of clothing on the floor had merch incorrectly hung up so it was impossible to know where it was originally and if it was on sale. The floors of all the dressing rooms were dust-bunny central. Shoppers, be nice. Don't take your bad day out on the staff! Checking out was great. One line of about 14 registers. Next in line is told which register to proceed to... much like TJ Maxx or Marshals. read more

What a disappointment! This store is way too small. I can't believe they moved out of the mall and into a new building that can barely fit all of their stock. The aisles are too narrow between the merchandise so you are brushing up against clothing. Don't bother using a cart because you will be banging it into everything, and forget about trying to pass someone else in the aisle because you will definitely be up close and personal with them. I will definitely not be returning to this location. read more

I had the worst experience at Kohl's in greenfield store 1556. Today I went shopping to grab my son a few things as well as a few gifts for some birthday parties that we have to attend this weekend. I noticed I was being followed around the store. I didn't say anything at first. As I was continuing to shop I went to the woman's section to look at clothes. The supervisor Cam come up to me and asked if I needed help I said no then she asked if I need a Kohl's charge I said no I have one already. I found an outfit and asked another associate where the dressing room was. As soon as I got in the dressing room and closed the door cam walks in again and says do I need help I said no. Then she proceeds to ask me am I trying on clothes!! I opened the door and said why would I be in the dressing room and not try on clothes as I proceeded to try the clothes on. I then realized what just took place and I got very upset. As I'm walking out the dressing room Cam proceeds to stand by the exit. I'm walking to the register I asked to speak with the manager or supervisor. Cam was one of the supervisor, I asked to speak with a different one. I spoke to Christine, she looked like she didn't even know what to do. As it explaining to Christine what took place and how uncomfortable I felt Cam proceeds to butt in and argue in the store in front of other customers. I'm a frequent Kohl's shopper and the way I was treated by one of your supervisors was really uncaused for just because my basket was full and the color of my skin. The worst experience ever. This place is the worst. This is the only Kohl's you have to put in your ssn to use your charge card when you have the charge card in hand! Not to just look up the card, but to use a physical copy. I get it. There is fraud. But I am busy today. My daughter needed a new pair of shoes. My husband used my card and was denied because he does not know my ssn. I have used my Mom's (with her permission) at other location, no problem. My Dad uses her card all the time! This Kohl's did not even want to call me to see if I gave permission. My husband was telling them to call me. They denied. I would have given them everything they needed! Horrible customer service. I ended up calling the store. It is a brand new store and their phones don't work. Ended up be hung up on. I do not have time for this. We will go to a different Kohl's. read more

First time at this newer location, not going back. 1. Not one associate in every department we were in. Had questions and had to go the checkout to ask if there were any associates to help in the store. She got someone from the back room. All the associates appeared to be at the checkouts. Store is not set up very well, not like the other Kohl's where you can find exactly what you are looking for for the most part. If there are no associates to help when you have questions, and you have to hunt them down at the checkouts, not worth my time or drive. 2. Just visited the new Kohl's in Greenfield in the Sura Lane shopping district earlier this week for an online order pickup. I was excited to check out the new Kohl's, but had limited time so did not shop, just ran in for a pickup. The shared parking lot is busy, but there are spaces reserved in front for online pick-ups. There is also a register line right inside the door for online pickups and Amazon.com returns, so that was very convenient. I had a bit of a wait to be helped for the pick-up. That was OK. The most noticeable thing for me was the heaps of merchandise that were sitting behind the service counter. Like, mountains of stuff. It looked like a big mess. I felt bad for the people working there that things were so backed up. Eventually, I was able to get my package. I beeped going through the security and went back to get my package checked, which I think frustated the customer behind me who had been waiting a while too. I will be back to the Sura Lane Kohl's again soon to pick up more items. This store is close to my home and I am sure I will return and learn more about the new location. If this one is too busy, Muskego has a very nice store. Overall I enjoy shopping at Kohl's and I like online shopping. Kohl's online shopping cart is a little putzy to work with but I was able to place a large order for multiple items and was happy with that experience. read more

Rude, Rude, Rude... The rudest and slowest employees I've encountered at a Kohl's. I shopped at Kohl's for just about everything I and my family wear, but not anymore. They messed up my Kohl's cash and wouldn't fix it, discus doing something about it or even comprise what so ever. In fact the managers comment was, "Well we do have a lot of new employees and they haven't learned everything yet, so mistakes will happen." If they know that and give that as an excuse then they should have a solution to rectify the problem but not them they don't care. read more

I normally do not leave Kohl's without finding something to purchase but I did today because this location is horrible! There is very little product compared to other locations and the aisles are so compact and small it's hard to see what product that is available. The register set up makes the store feel cheap, unwelcoming and like there are more people in line than there really are. Feels more like a kiosk than a retail location, I can walk to this location and will not be returning. read more
