Why is this store so always severely understaffed? Great location, clean, but customer service takes a backseat cause staff is stretched do thing. For the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered something online before the store opens (today around 6:45am) assuming it would be ready somewhere around 2hrs. 3pm nothing. I figure I'll just go grab it and cancel the order. Called to check status "if you didn't get an email it's not ready, we're overwhelmed with orders"... I asked if I could just cancel the order. I'd rather just come to the store and stand in line. She says hang on and the phone hangs up. Awful online experience. I am Christmas shopping and finding that shipping is a real issue. Not only are certain items NON shippable, But the sale items that are able to be shipped, have shipping rates as much as the items. Outrageous. They wonder why Temu and Shein are winning at online shopping. These are pre Black Friday deals? With limited quantities and sizes? Look, I'm gonna keep it a bean. I have learned to have low expectations of such kinds of department stores - I'm talking Ross, TJ Maxx, Burlington, and on and on. Half of the time each visit is a roll of the die in terms of customer service, inventory and ability to get in and out without encountering a miserably long line. One thing I can say with confidence after two recent visits here is the woman (who I assumed was the manager) had things moving. When a cashier left a register and the line began to grow, she ensured there was back-up right away. There were no bottlenecks. The store was also well-stocked by pandemic standards and people were helpful with finding items in the store. I would definitely go back to this particular Kohl's. read more

Not too sure about the quality of the goods or services rendered as this review pertains to the Amazon return depot. When you first enter the store, the immediate thought I had was "messy". It's chaotically messy to the point of wanting to turn around and walk away. However, with a mission to return an item, I walked around looking for signs as to where to go. The signs are tiny in comparison to those for the mini Sephora area and the checkout signs. This place fills a specific need for me. It's a convenient place to buy basic clothing. This is where I go to buy socks, underwear, a new belt, workout clothes, etc. It's not my place to buy anything more substantial than this. The name brands just aren't there. Kohl's is generally clean and neat and parking is convenient. Everything seems to always be on sale. I'm almost always surprised by unexpected lower prices when I get to the register. If you get the Kohl's credit card you get even more discounts. If you pay it off in full every month it can be a good deal. read more

I asked two employees - one at a register, the second emptying a cartful of items - to please find someone to help me on the floor. They spent their time with the one ringing up the other's purchase. After a second request, they paged someone. No one came. I inquired again and they did nothing but continue ringing up the one employee's transaction. I completely understand being short staffed. Lack of being pleasant, shopping while working (?!), not following through with a request to simply stop and page someone - not acceptable...I finally left - they still hadn't paged anyone and there was no one in the department. This is where the old Clover department store used to be, if you were from the Havertown and surrounding area you would remember. I am pretty sure everybody knows the whole concept of Kohls without me going into a repetitive detail. Only thing is this location seems to be less attractive than the one near my home in New Jersey. What I mean by this the shelves were bare, their "shoe department" not a whole lot of options. I went in looking for a pair of shoes and come to notice they don't have that many. They had Christmas decorations and trees already set up.. Are you kidding me, we didn't even hit Halloween yet and you are mixing trick or treat with Saint Nick and his crew. Between that and their electronics/kitchen ware department that too looked like it was in need of some help. Guess some locations have more than others. Good luck in trying to find some kind of worker and when you do the common response "this is not my department" Uhh news break, you work in Kohls it is one floor... not that hard to answer a simple question. This kohl's has gone down the hill. Price's are very high and the quality is low. Beware of going in to get kohl's cash not as good as regular cash. There are way to many restrictions on items you may actually want to buy, for instance no 30% off certain brands. From what I have learned over the years going to this store, is it's poorly managed. I've only been to a few Kohl's (so few that I can never remember if it's Kohl's or Khol's) and the visits were around Christmas so it was a little hectic. This one has what I want in a department store in this class. For someone like me that gets visually distracted by an unorganized store, I love visiting here. This place is where the old Clover used to be! I've gone in here many times and for what they have they are ok. If you're not sure what Kohl's is, its a low end strawbridges without the name brands you care about. Alot of junk and highly priced junk at that make this place an issue but when they have sales and its usually ALL the time finds can be had. One item of note that i purchased here was a fine webber grill for tailgating. Always ok for some work clothes and other basic stuff but if name brands like polo, armani and abercrombie are your thing keep moving. read more

Kohl's, as a whole, is good for basic clothing and accessories. You're not going to be able to find much of the 'trendy styles' in these stores. Also, their prices are high! 5 shorts for $100! Is that just me, or does that seem high? Where to begin... In store- not enough staff/cashiers. Clearly, the company is way less concerned with your shopping experience than shareholder profits. Customer service staff is poorly led, often unpleasant and not all on the same page policy-wise. Especially if you're trying to return something purchased online. Online shopping- Their fulfillment SUCKS! Repeated wrong sizes, incorrect item color, often not even the right item or broken. Doesn't anyone know how to pack glass items? Corporate Policy- Brick and mortar retailers are having a tough time, it's true. And, loyalty discount programs, like Kohl's Cash, are aimed at increasing repeat purchases and profits. I understand it. But does it have to be so blatant a scam. When coupled with the company's terrible fulfillment performance, it's almost a certainty that you'll have to return something (a lot of things) to your local store. If you purchased it on discount and/or with Kohl's cash, you will probably be ripped off when customer service deducts the discount in such a way that you come out with a net loss. You're better off not using Kohl's cash, not shopping online or, even better, shop somewhere else. read more

I love this store. They have a great selection of high quality products. I rarely pay full price between their regular sales, online coupons, and Kohl's cash. Occasionally when I need a few specific items I'll order online and pick up in store. The staff is helpful and friendly, lines are rarely long (except during peak holiday season), and the store is always clean and organized. Parking is never an issue between the large parking lots at the two entrances. Customer service, when you need it, is courteous and professional. If you go here with any frequency, it's probably worth your while to get the Kohl's Charge Card, as you can get additional discounts on top of the ones already offered by the store. Great place for specials and deals, and you often get Kohl's Cash when you make a purchase. Although I'm not a big shopper, I think it's fair to say that the store seems to offer a wide selection of apparel. I mean, we're not talking high end here, but it works for me. The employees with whom I've interacted have been helpful. The only thing that I would say is to be mindful of where you exit the parking lot, especially if you need to make a left onto Township Line Road. You can't turn left out of one of the exits, so you either have to turn right and drive a little bit to turn around, or you can use the other exit and come back around to where you need to go. read more

I've been a customer of Kohl's for 21 years with their credit card. I have paid every bill on time I have had no late fees and I have spent an ungodly amount of money every year with them. I went to use my Kohls cash a couple days ago and my account had a big red box on it wouldn't let me place the order and told me I had to call number. I called the number and nobody answered for a very long period of time and I couldn't keep holding. A couple days later I tried to place an order again and got the same thing at this point I have lost my Kohls cash I called the number I waited forever for somebody to answer and then I am told that the six dollar delivery charge on an order that I returned in December was still outstanding yet I haven't received a bill for this amount. I talked to the first person who wants me to give them another credit card to pay the six dollar delivery fee. I told him he needed to send me a bill which he said He'd put back in the mail. As we all know what's going on now because of Covid the post office has tanked and half of the mail never arrives or comes very late. So now I'm going to have to wait weeks to get potentially that bill before I can pay it. I'm not giving them another credit card over the phone. All they wanted was the six dollars and they could care less about losing my business. I spoke with a supervisor who just said sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry but at the end of the day they still wanted their six dollars immediately before they would release my account. I don't need to shop there this badly. There's a lot of other retailers who would love to take my money instead. Don't use Kohl's credit card for anything. read more

Actually this is the nicest kohl's I've had to deal with. The employees are much friendlier than the ones at street road, there's no funky smell at this one, no screaming brats, no nasty rude women who push past you or trip you, and the store is actually kept in fairly good condition. If I ever need to actually physically go into a kohls store, I will always opt for this one. If I have to choose a store to pick an item up from because they won't deliver it, I'll pick it up from here and only here. Always go to this kohl's, never settle for anything less than this store. I had one bad experience on a Saturday with the wait time in line last year. I still went back because the deals are fantastic and it's close to home. I also dislike big malls and prefer the independent stores like Kohls. I think they really review feedback because my next experience at Kohls was awesome. Within the past year this store has undergone major renovations. The inside is one of the nicest Kohls I've ever been into. They have a nice selection of home goods, and clothing. Their sales are decent, and they offer frequent coupons, as well as several times a year offering Kohl's cash. It is a convenient location, and there is plenty of parking. The associates are friendly and very helpful. Kohl's also offers an excellent return policy--or as they say it "there is no return policy" because they accept returns for everything. read more
