Selecting a suit for the occasion was so easy with the help of a great sales person. Location made it so easy to get in and out in no time.

Poor customer service. Came in with my fiancé to look for a wedding suit... they had about 5+ staff in the store. While only a couple of them were busy helping others, let's just say plenty of staff was still available. They looked right at us, kept walking around with no desire to help. In that moment we learned, those of color were not their priority. As we watched every white customer during our search get assisted, even freshly greeted at the door. Unless this is what Men's Wearhouse is all about...pick better staff. read more

I had a recent excellent experience shopping at the Jensen Beach location approximately 3 weeks ago. I have shopped with MW for MANY years, but 1st time at that location. Over ye weekend, I noticed online that the prices of several of the items which I hadn't worn yet were on clearance. I emailed customer service and never heard back. Earlier this year my mother in law passed away. My husband rented items from men's ware house. He asked me to pick up the items bc he was out of town. So I picked up the items at the rental depart. My husband did not tell me he bought pants and was having them altered. The night before the funeral I looked at the clothes he rented and found no pants or shirt. I freaked out bc it is 8:30 pm and I'm in Fort Lauderdale at the hotel. I called the store and Michelle Parish helped me. She found his pants and said he did not order a shirt. What a BLESSING she is!! She drove down to Jupiter, after she closed the store, to drop off the pants and a shirt. I am so grateful to her. She is such an asset to men's warehouse. Called ahead of time to determine whether the Stuart location of the Men's Wearhouse had complete suits in 46L with 40/32 pants. Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted by staff and had to rummage the shelves myself. After about 20 minutes, one male staff member came over and inquired whether I needed help. When I advised "yes" and told them what I was looking for, I was directed to a single rack toward the right front of the store. No other help and could not find a complete suit in 46L with 40/32 pants. I could find a jacket without pants or pant without a jacket, but not both. What a disappointment. Came into mens wearhouse via appointment to rent a suit for prom. The women we were met with to find the best suit was fairly nice, however, rentals start at $99 and immediately she said that wouldn't look good and picked the $265 suit to wear for one night. Money is not an issue. When we came back to pick up the suit the woman helping us was very rude. The suit was the WRONG COLOR! She told us that it would be fine and the color that they did order looked fine. It doesn't matter if it looks fine or not, it's not what we ordered. She was very aggressive and made a ton of demeaning and snarky remarks, Calling us dumb and acting like we were crazy for being disappointed about a mistake that THEY made. The suit was also to big and we even said something during the fitting but the original person helping us said it was fine. Men's wearhouse clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. They got my arm measurements wrong once, not sure who was to blame but it was resolved quickly. Poor service. On 01/25/2022 I went to MW for pants and a couple of dress shirts. I was not met by a rep, so Looked for some pants. I could not find my size. I asked the lady if she had my size and her answer was " if you can't find it, then no" as she walked away. A young male rep was busy chatting with some people as he surfed his phone. Not overly impressed with this location. Can't speak for all the employees, but one in particular who fitted me was very snobbish. He was suggesting very expensive suits for me and looked down on me when I said it was all out of my budget. Even said I'd probably not get the job (suit was for a interview I have lined up) if I didn't spend extra on a suit. Also, he was reluctant to help me find cheaper suits, just snarky remarks throughout. He told me the cheapest I was going to find was $400 for just a blazer. The $700 suit he had suggested for me wasn't going to be tailored until a bit more than a week -- the day before my interview. I was not impressed. Felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome to be honest. Went to the Melbourne,FL location that same day and had a much better experience. Better atmosphere too. Also, I saved about $680 on a suit (blazer and pants under $400) via a clearance sale, plus shoes, button shirt, and a tie. It was an older style, but at least the fitter wasn't trying to push $800-900+ suits on me. I really lucked out at the Melbourne, FL store. The fitter there knew what he was doing. Suggested great colors / patterns without even really asking me what I wanted. Just did all the work for me with no hassle. Extremely professional. Also, I got my suit tailored that day, which took about 10-15 minutes. I walked out with everything in hand. Amazing service! Can't say the same for the Stuart, FL location. read more

Almost ruined my wedding day. The wrong date was put into the computer luckily I caught it, but one of the suits was sent to the wrong location and when he tried it on it was the wrong measurements. Had two separate situations that offended me at this location.... The first one happened a few weeks ago when I purchased 3 suits for over 1000.00... The sales man is looking at my account and comments that I have purchased quite a few suits from them however there was one in particular that needed tailoring and he didn't see it purchased at that particular store.... He turns to me and asks "Did you buy that at the outlet?" I'm like no I bought it here & he was like oh yeah now I see it.... Nothing wrong w buying at the outlet but I found it disrespectful. Fast forward to today.... I'm picking up the jacket that was being altered and as I try it on the sales person notices that it is riding up and wrinkly on the side. She comments that it looks like it was taken in too much. She calls the Tailor who looks at it and asks with a straight face DID YOU GAIN WEIGHT? Really? I was blown away with the treatment at a store where I have dropped at least 3 grand on suits over the last year... They won't be getting anymore of my business. read more

I have never been treated or talked to like I did when I returned a rental suit that I somehow missed when I returned the others. I returned a bunch of other suits 2 weeks prior. I noticed I had another one in my trunk that I somehow did not see. When I went to take it back I was greeted by a women who had a very nasty attitude. I told her I had another suit in my trunk and I somehow missed it when I returned the others. She opened the bag up and pulled out a shirt and said, "this isn't ours" in a very bad manor. She then said to me that I owe $200 for the late charges. I told her that's crazy and I can't pay that. She then picks up the phone and calls a number whom I could only think would be to a manager. She called my father who's suit I was returning without even letting me know and telling him that she has me here returning the suit and not willing to pay...... are you kidding me! I can not believe what she has just done. Then she hands me the phone. And of course he is all upset over it. WOW! That's all I can say. I can not believe that this just happened! My father is not in very good health as it is. She did not even tell me that she was calling him. What a horrible way to try to make someone pay a late charge! I could believe it....I threw my money at the counter and that will be the last dollar I spend in that place. What a bitch. read more
