Couldn't have been easier to purchase an item and pick it up today at Kohl's. Bought it online seamlessly using coupons of course. Received a text telling me my order was ready for pickup, arrived at the location, texting them to let them know I'm there and what pickup spot I was in. An associate was out to my car within two minutes with my item, verified my ID put it in the car. Awesome read more

I would give this Kohls 4 or 5 stars; however, it is soooo hot in this store. I don't even wear my coat and it is miserable. I heard another lady say the same. Turn down the heat and you'll make more money. read more

Order a product on line and was waiting to hear the pick up time, then Kohls cancelled it, no notice no nothing

I was unable to go into the store so my 14 year old son had to shop alone for an outfit for his first homecoming. Two employees Joette and Sherry (could be spelled wrong) took him in and helped him find a shirt, sport coat and pants that fit. They sized him and everything. He looks great and I am forever thankful. This is my kohls store of choice now. Thanks!!!! read more

OK - love the store & but lots of stuff but my most recent on-line order has been so screwed up by Fed Ex that I'm going to cancel it!! Have to say I am REALLY ANNOYED! Not by Kohl's per se but by Fed Ex. Fed Ex was at my house on Saturday & dropped off an order from another company. Later I got a notice from Fed Ex that delivery for my Kohl's order was attempted & failed!! My husband, I, & my barky dog were here all day!! I complained to Fed Ex explaining the situation & was told they would deliver. Today I got another notice that the attempted delivery was unsuccessful!!! Why???? We were all here all day?? When I tried to stress that AGAIN with Fed Ex & answered all their stupid on-line questions, they asked for me to fill out another survey (which I did on Saturday!). My response to that was CALL ME (giving my phone number.). They again told me to fill out another survey - my response was "call me or drop dead!" Does that clearly show my aggravation point at that time?? read more

Whenever I'm in the U.S. of A., I make it a point to check out Kohl's and Target. This location in Orchard Park was the closest to where I was in Western New York. All their stores across the country are pretty consistent - the layout is practically identical whether you go to a Kohl's in Antioch, CA or Denver, CO. Basically, you're good to go to A N Y Kohl's. Kohl's is a smaller Target with better sales and more brand name stuff (Nike, Polo). You can find clothing, accessories, shoes, books, home stuff - I have never seen a location that sells food. There are sales and coupons on a D A I L Y basis - I often get 15% off just because. I'm not complaining considering they sell a lot of good quality stuff, specifically clothing. About four years ago, I discovered leggings from the Kohl's Vera Wang line - on Wednesday, I bought 4 pairs. Without fail, there was a promotion on Vera Wang leggings - Buy 1 and get the 2nd pair for 50% of the original price. Good for: shopping, bargain hunting read more

Love Kohl's no matter where I go and this location is great! I love the selection, price and the service is always great too! Returns are easy - specials and sales are always there and the quality of the clothing is great! The only drawback here is the parking - or at least getting in and out - but it never will stop me from shopping here! read more

I had ordered sneakers online that unfortunately came to me damaged. I was planning on taking them on a trip I was going on a couple days later and figured I could run in and do a quick exchange to have them in time for my trip. I work close enough to this location that I could, correction, SHOULD have been able to do it no problem with my 30 min lunch. The gentleman at the customer service desk scanned the sneakers and said they "should" have them in the store. Maybe I'm just spoiled by other retailers, but never have I been told to take my damaged goods with me and go and find a new pair myself. I've always had someone radioed to bring them up. Regardless, after waiting in line to do something I could've accomplished myself I went and searched and they didn't even have the style sneaker I wanted. I went back to let him know and was instructed to use the kiosk to order a new pair (remember, this was a time sensitive purchase as I wanted them for an upcoming trip). Damaged shoes in hand, I went and did yet another task I waited in line to just have to complete myself. Once this was done the customer service line was 15 people deep with no one serving at the counter, so I took my damaged shoes and left. I'm incredibly disappointed in the lack of effort that was shown and now I have the pleasure of going back to return the damaged shoes I had been walking around with. Not sure when I'll have the time to do it since this alone took over a half hour and I received no help. Very disappointed and annoyed that I still have the damaged items to return and will not have it in time for my trip. read more

Had to return an incorrect item that I had ordered on line. I had picked up one color pajamas in the store but wanted another color as they were wonderful. I did not see them in the store so ordered online. I must have ordered the wrong item. So off to the store to return. There were three people including me in line. The first woman went to the counter. A man came up to the next women in line and looked up her ordered while she was still in line. Within a minute or two he was now behind the register asking if he could help me. Not only did he make the return process simple, he had a stock person find the pajamas in the stock room and bring them up to the register so I could purchase! This gentleman's name was Jeff. This is customer service like it use to be. I will always give Kohl's my business due to the exceptional service! Thanks Jeff and thank you Kohl's! read more

This establishment , before it became a brick and mortar , in the Buffalo area held promise for me. Kohl's was elusive. Found in Rochester and sometimes in various parts of Florida. I had such high hopes and then reality set in. Cool, clean store. Not a Syms's, which I had hopped for. I'm not crazy about the actual product/design line. There is most definitely a variety of product however none of which work for me. The three stars noted are a result of their kids' clothing. Grand kids love them however I feel that TJ MAXX would better suit their needs. On the upside they do indeed sell the shirts that my husband loves. Croft and Barrow. read more

Can customer service get any better. Never a problem returning or exchanging. Sometimes I think that when I use the 30% off and get Kohl's cash they are paying me to shop there. Attempted to shop at Kohl's in Orchard Park NY today. Upon entering the store, there were no shopping carts at either of the entrances. I used the restroom and it did not appear to be maintained well. The toilet seats were not fastened well and shifting on the toilet bowl. Toilet paper and towels were on the floor and the sink area was dirty. It is very hard to maneuver in the aisles amongst the clothing racks. Everything is so close and congested. Walker and wheelchair shopping is definitely not easily achievable. This is also true of the Lancaster Kohl's, which I visited after leaving the Orchard Park store. read more

I have returned to doing most of my Christmas shopping at Orchard Park Kohl's. Great customer service which is overseen by the manager (I think his name as Jeff). Full cash registers are open. I was given exceptional customer service by Kim and Lynne. Compare that to JCP where this is a total of four register stations..with two to three register at each one when you are lucky. Their merchandise has taken another turn for the worse, unless you like clothes and shoes look like are from the 1990's. read more
