I love that Sephora is also here because sometimes I need a restock of a make up item. Some things feel really overpriced here and the 20% off coupon never seems to work on any of the items I'm trying to buy. I don't even know how to tell what the coupon works on. It's hard to write anything negative for this location since I've only been a few times. Each time the store was clean, and the employees were super friendly. Betty was the cashier that helped me on my first visit to this location. She went above and beyond to assist me upon checking out! Pricey but they have some great hidden deals. Cashier was very nice. I found a great deal for $9.00 that made me happy. Not my first choice in shopping but they have great quality clothes that last a long time. Never had a bad experience with their clothing. read more

Zero stars- experienced the absolute worst level of customer service this afternoon. Sandy (manager?) claimed to be the director of Kohl's and refused to offer any solutions to a price discrepancy printed in your ad. Her tone was condescending, impolite and downright disrespectful. Every employee we worked with prior to meeting Sandy was helpful, however, Sandy was a terrible example of what customer service should look like for her employees. We have already reached out to corporate Kohl's and hope to share our experience so that no future customers have to encounter Sandy, or her disaster of an attitude again. Please consider re-evaluating your hiring practices for leadership, Kohl's. We will not be shopping here again while managers like Sandy are allowed to treat your customers this way. read more

This is a very nice Kohl's. A much different experience from other bigger city Kohl's locations. Mainly, it didn't have a total rummaged through appearance. And despite it being the day after Christmas, it was practically empty. And all of this made for a pleasant shopping trip. Ok, yeah, saving almost $700 helped too. Kohl's is continuing to grow on me big time. I got a ton of sweaters, jewelry, jeans, boots, etc. for ridiculously cheap - and they're all of good quality too. read more

They're prices are unbeatable and they fact that you can stack Kohl's cash and coupons makes everything so worth it! I usually shop at the Kohl's near 72nd & Dodge but I went with a friend and Papillion was more convenient for her. The layout of the two locations (and probably all Kohl's stores) was very similar. I don't know if they were doing inventory or rearranging things that day but I was a little disappointed there were a lot of empty shelves and missing signage. Still, I had a gift card and walked away with a silicon spoon, a summer weight sweater and a long sleeve shirt on clearance for $5.00 (plus a 15% discount!). read more

I always leave Kohl's frustrated! Either my Kohl's Cash has expired (I don't go every week), or my coupons don't work on the merchandise I've chosen etc. etc. I keep telling myself I will not go back but... It's one of the few places I can find Levi's jeans for my son and I had an Amazon package to return so I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone and give it another try. And by the way, we had just moved to the area so I thought I'd give this store a shot. I like that you don't have to go all the way to the back of the store to find customer service but, I had to weave around and through the store to find the Amazon return spot which was a makeshift set up in the back middle of the store. The Amazon representative was very nice and the process was very quick. I even got a 25% off coupon to use same day in the store. However, Kohl's strikes again! I was not able to use the coupon on the T-shirts that I picked out. Of course, they were one of the million exceptions! Disappointed once again!! Sorry Kohl's but I'm done. read more

I have never came to this store without leaving frustrated. Today my husband and I ran in because kohl's was most convenient. We purchased two jackets and the cashier could not find the tag on one of mine. After looking multiple times she then instructed my husband to go back and get one with a tag otherwise she would have to call someone. There was multiple negative comments from her and then she found it. When I questioned the amount of Kohl's cash that I earned she again got curt and told me that if I spent $3.00 more that I could get $10 off. She was upset that she could not here me through my mask. All of it combined was just frustrating and similiar to what happens every time I am in this store. read more

Well they opened back up after being closed due to Covid but being that they are a clothing store you would think you could actually try on the clothes you are wanting to buy. NOPE! All other clothing department stores open in the area are allowing this with limited dressing rooms open but not this establishment. They do not advertise this on their door as you enter so you spend time looking to then discover you cannot try on anything. So you either pay for it, go home try it on, and return it if doesn't fit or just don't buy it at all. Either way I can do all that online so why are they opened I have no idea. read more

Normally I only encounter pleasant employees at Kohls. Today however, I did not. I asked a sales girl in the woman's department if there was any more of a dress that was on a mannequin. She asked another girl working over there and that girl said that was the last one. I asked girl number 2 if I could try that one on and she actually groaned at me and stated I could not because that was the last one. Then the first girl said that yes, I could try it on. Girl number 2 was not very happy about that. She asked what size it was(x small) and asked me if that was the size I needed. I said I am not sure, which was why I needed to try it on. I stated that if it was too much trouble, than never mind. She than told me that she doesn't know how to take the mannequin apart. She radioed someone to see where they were so they could take it apart. At this point I am not happy about the attitude we were getting so I told her to forget it. I am still very upset. I know that working in retail is hard work, I did it for many years. But you can not treat your customers like they are an annoyance. This is my first actual complaint and I usually just will not go back somewhere I have bad service. read more

I like this Kohl's the most I guess. What I really love is that every single time I go there, doesn't matter, I could throw a dart on a calender...every time I go there is a killer sale on nice clothes and shoes, and other stuff, too. I don't know of any other store that just constantly has serious sales. read more
