Not the same me quality and value as years ago. Perpetual tual sale items so be sure it's really a good value. We've had problems with shoddy quality and items are sometimes not the same fabric as listed on their website. Example polyester instead described ribed as cotton. read more

Tried to use the Amazon drop-off, but they wouldn't take it, even though I had the QR symbol printed out. The man ahead of me had an item to return, with shipping label printed out, and they wouldn't take his either. Don't bother as it's a waste of time. I asked the woman why not, and she just said they don't take a lot of third-party stuff. My item was an Amazon Dot, which I don't think would qualify as third-party. read more

I go to Kohls in Plover every week. Personally I love the store. I prefer to shop local. The employees are wonderful. The store layout and displays are well thought out and I love the merchandise. What I do NOT love is the fact that the store appears spotless everywhere BUT the changing rooms. They are disgusting. I see employees in and out whenever I am there so this leads me to believe someone else is tasked with cleaning the floors and mirrors in there but the employees we see. Regardless, when I tried some garments on both yesterday and last week, they were disgusting both times. I took a video of the floors because it was so sick nasty. Walking through, all of the rooms were this way. That much dust and dust bunnies and hair do not form in just a few weeks. These have not been clean or sanitized for a very long time. I am completely disgusted. I will be contacting the store Manager in the morning about this as well. read more

I stopped in to pick up a pair of shoes and a pair of sandals. At the checkout the woman just suddenly left when I got to the register. I asked if she was open and she said she had to help a customer. Another associate came over and opened another register and called people over from another line and left me standing there. Then the original woman came back and opened a different register. I abandoned my potential purchases on the counter and went to my car and ordered everything on Amazon. The two stars are for the cleanliness of the store. The customer service gets zero stars. read more

All of my experiences are great usually, everyone's very nice and I LOVE the Kohl's Cash rewards. This most recent time I went I was shopping for my senior pictures. I started shopping by the junior's clearance section by the doors and the whole time I could hear two coworkers gossiping very loudly. One of the girls was training the other. They seemed to be talking about one of their other female coworkers (didn't get the name of her, I'm sorry!) and just not being professional. It's now an hour or so later and I'm finished with my shopping. I go to the two girls (who haven't moved an inch and we're still talking very loudly and obnoxiously loud) because I parked closer to the doors they were by than the other ones. The girl who was training Theresa was named Codi. She never smiled at me or talked to me and barely looked at me. She really only looked at the clothes and only talked to Theresa. The whole time she had Theresa taking off security tags. As she was doing this, Codi said. "The security tags are on mostly the juniors clothes because" and at this moment she looked me dead in the eyes and continued on with saying, "we don't want teenage girls thinking they can steal our merchandise." On the outside I just nodded but on the inside I was like "are you kidding me? I'm spending close to $200 here and you think that I'M stealing?" Anyways, Codi finished scanning my stuff and gave me my total. I told her I have the app and if I could scan, she said "no, no scans today" and I was shocked because I'd like to take a little money off of this total. I then asked about kohl's cash because with every $50 you spend you get $10 Kohl's Cash. She just said "no. We don't do that." I again was shocked. I feel robbed $30 in Kohl's cash along with an app-scan. I didn't feel like talking to her rude self anymore and I felt bad for Theresa, so I left. I got none of the usual "have a nice day" or "see you again soon." That visit was very disappointing and honeslty I really hope you talk to Codi. She is in no way an asset to your store if she treats customers this way. I will also be posting this to your google reviews. read more

My opinion of this place has gone down overtime, but today was worth writing a review. I understand that there are both fantastic as well as outright bad employees at every place of business. After finding most of the items that my girlfriend and wanted to purchase, one of the items was out of stock, but my girlfriend was still interested in purchasing the shoes through the in-store online checkout keyosk. At the front desk we were told that because out items exceeded $150 with the online purchase we would be able to get Kohl's cash with our two separate transactions (in store and online) but we would have to go to the service desk to get the Kohl's cash we had earned. When we got to the service desk the woman was extremely rude and unhelpful. We were then instructed that we could not get the Kohl's cash because one of the items has been purchased online, and although I thought about asking for a manager, spending another 20 minutes in this madhouse to get $10 in Kohl's cash seemed hardly worth my time. I have worked in customer service for many years, and I believe you don't get repeat customers by talking down and belittling the customers that you are employed to serve, especially when you are working behind the customer service desk. I was tempted to ask for this associates name, and fortunately for her the name tag she was wearing was flipped in the incorrect direction to where no customer could see her name badge. On another note, there was an office that was being painted next to the Customer Service Desk and I found it a little troubling that an associate was loudly berating the two men who were hired to paint with the door wide open. I understand that these two men had a job to do, but what the associate was saying to these men was extremely aggressive and appeared way out of line in regards to how anybody should treat the people they employ. I didn't hear the full story of what had gone on, but something about a sandwich and how they were not working fast enough, which I find ironic as the woman screaming her head off was not in the business of painting. At the very least she might want to consider closing the door before she scolds another person so as not to gain attention from the line of customers waiting to access the customer service desk. I might expect this on Black Friday in a bigger city, but the character these two employees demonstrated seemed outright shameful. The General Store: The store is often a madhouse, and although there is a wide assortment of product much of what they sell although cheap is also cheap in my opinion cheap in quality. You can definitely catch a good value if the clothing is marked down 80%, and I have no issue spending extra on the right quality item, but nothing in the store seems worth spending much anything over clearance price. In conclusion I don't think shopping here is really worth my time. I may come in if my girlfriend really knows what she wants and I am following, however otherwise I will henceforth give my business to a more respectable establishment. read more

I always enjoyed shopping at the Plover Kohl's store until recently. I have a coupon for $10 off a $40 purchase of apparel. Well apparently, you don't wear underwear because they aren't considered clothing. Spoke with the manage to no avail as they set their own policies. Turned in a written complaint about that store, on line. I believe she is the one that answered that one also stating underwear aren't apparel. It sure isn't the $10, it is the principle. I will never step in that Plover store again. Their lousy $10 should not have been worth losing a customer. read more
